When our basement flooded, we called Ross Restoration and they were at our house within an hour. They stayed for several hours getting all the water out. One of their guys even stayed at our house until 11 pm while we had a plumber fixing our issue to ensure the water stayed out. They communicated very well and were…
Ross Restoration charged us almost double what they quoted us. They never gave us any indication that the project was going over budget and there was no work change request or anything to show extra work was needed. I understand a small variance between quote and final invoice but this goes beyond that. They refused…
Ross Restoration saved my vacation! We were in Florida and found out that our basement had filled with water. We called Ross Restoration and within an hour had the owner Adam Ross on site getting things ready to dry out and clean out our basement! Followed closely by his team who started the process! Their quick…
Very respectful and thorough crew! Adam, Alec, Jason, and Josh were all great!
Adam Ross was a great. He came out and remediated our basement when we purchased our home 11 years ago. We have had no issues and would use his services again with no hesitation.
Absolutely a wonderful company to work with. Adam the owner of company arrived just a few hours of a call being placed. From the time of call, to an estimate being given; everything happened easily and efficiently. The professional support staff made appointments, confirmed appointments, updated us on arrival time,…
Responded quickly. Work was professional. Team members were respectful.
Unfortunately, water events and damage therefrom seem to follow my family wherever we live, and our water heater failing while we were on vacation and flooding our finished basement a few weeks ago was the most recent event. Suffice it to say that we wish we had used Ross Restoration on our previous water and mold…
Ross Restoration took care of my septic backup in a timely manner, and Adam and David were both great to work with. They were helpful, informative, and did excellent work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help with a water, fire, or mold issue. I’ve had similar services provided by competitors,…
Ross was amazing. They were so helpful with helping us navigate a home claim, scheduling, and professional.
Ross Restoration was the best company I could have imagined to come help on what I felt was one of the worst days of my life. My home flooded and I woke up to about an inch of water throughout my home. I was given Adam's number to call, and within the hour he had his team at my home and starting the dry out process.…
Ross Restoration is a top notch company. I highly recommend their services! Their staff were very professional and courteous! I had them come in to remove water from a carpet after a clothes washer spilled over. They were fast and very thorough. Great company and even better staff!
Very professional and knowledgeable. Top notch business to work with in every aspect. Smoothest transaction for insurance that you could ask for thanks to Adam and his crew. Would never even consider another option. Thanks for saving my basement!
Ross restoration definitely knows how to put their customers first! They are the best in the business. Our basement has flooded multiple times and Ross restoration is the only company we will use. The owner is hands on and is extremely knowledgeable and more importantly he cares about you and your home and only…
Adam and his team have done great work (flood mitigation and restoration in my mom's house). Everyone who has seen any step of the process has been impressed. Adam goes above and beyond when it comes to communication, from explaining his process to answering general questions. We couldn't be happier with the service…
Adam and the Ross Restoration team were an absolute blessing. A basement full of water is never fun or easy to manage, especially during a holiday weekend. Adam went above and beyond to comfort my family while taking action to correct to MAJOR flood we were dealing with. Adam is professional, informative, and…
Adam and his team were quick to respond and answered all questions thoroughly. I appreciate their honesty and integrity… would highly recommend
Our experience with Ross from the first phone call I made to them to even now once they've finished has been awesome. They were professional, friendly, and so helpful. Even after they finished they still have been helpful with questions we have had and advice on where to go next. They came the same day as I called…
