Ross Pest Control has been taking excellent care of our home for many years. Always have very knowledgeable people who explain what they will be doing and are very attentive to any concerns we may have.
Came out for pest control about a month ago. Performed the service sent me an invoice and the bill was paid in full. The technician told me he would be back in a couple of weeks for a follow up and that there would be no additional charge. He came out did the follow up then I was charged an additional $105. Honest company? You be the judge.
