Very nice man got me fixed up fast and made me feel allot better about the whole thing.

Jacob did a good job explaining what was wrong and how to repair it. He did his work for about an hour cleaned up the area well and helped with warranty paperwork( the parts were expensive) He is a good staff. He cares for his customers and had some time to advice/ teach on what to do to avoid replacement of the whole motor next time.

A tub drain was cleared and a new wax ring and toilet installed. The quality of work was fine. The labor was done in about 1hr and 15 minutes. I was charged a flat amount of $250 for each item.
