Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

We had an emergency plumbing need at the house. Dominic Tormen was our technician. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and easy to work with. Honestly before he showed up I was thinking the problem was one thing and within minutes he figured out it was a totally different situation. Kudos to him and the Roto-Rooter… Read full review

Not much of a review person but I have say we had a great experience with them and there technicians where awesome people. Definitely recommend.

It went pretty good. Didn't get everything I need done, but maybe later he hooked the waterline up to my fridge. It's not making ice or getting water in there. So we'll see how that goes in the next 24 hours

Don't do it! Don't know what they are doing and don't stand behind their work. Cost me over 1,000 and the problem still exists and they won't redo it! So sad that all the older plumbers have been replaced by incompetence!

Excellent service..Nic arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time. He presented himself as personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He made an assessment and fixed the problem with no issues. I plan on calling Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain for all my plumbing issues in the future. I am Extremely satisfied with the service.

Came out at 10pm to fix a clog at the septic. Matt was quick and efficient, even disinfected the bathroom when he was done.

Very prompt, friendly, and was happy to show me every step.

Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of the issue and cleaned up very well after himself. Underneath my kitchen sink looks so much better! Thank you, Jacob and thank you, Roto-Rooter

Jacob was very professional . He explained everything and got it done fast at a good price

Explained everything they were doing.

All good

Always good service.

We had a very nice gentleman come out and clear the clog on Sunday and another came out a few days later on Tuesday to check our pipe with a camera....I requested a quote for a suggested repair and was told it would be forthcoming, I still have not received one....it'll be a week tomorrow. Matt from Roto-Rooter was amazing, very knowledgeable and explanatory. He went above and beyond duty. He was so most helpful that I will always call Roto-Rooter If I ever have a plumbing issue again! Thank you Matt!!!

Jacob Taylor came over to install my sediment filter and water softener and did an amazing job at it. He was very friendly and even talked to me about how to service my products to keep them running good. I highly recommend this guy for quickly sorting out my plumbing needs and charging a fair price, something that is sadly hard to come by these days.

Very good customer service. Rico was very friendly. He was extremely good at his job. When ever in the future I need work done on plumbing stuff I'm calling Roto-Rooter. It was an emergency, and they handled it as one. Thanks 😊.

Matt is great! He was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on and help me take care of my issue. I really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend Matt!

Called and they had someone come out the same day. Guys were awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful. FIVE different guys ended up coming over. We are having them do everything they can, to get us fixed up

Where do I start. I think the summary of the work Jacob did might be the best. He put our home before anything else, he made it feel like you called a friend or family member to assist with our issue. He was beyond polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. His ability to troubleshoot on the spot and work till the… Read full review

Matt came and helped us tremendously tonight (10pm) Gave my father in law lots of insight, help, a little goodie bag, and made sure our issue was fully resolved. After a long day himself, made sure we were all taken care of. Affordable for a late night adventure as well. He also respected our home and especially our kids and pets! Highly recommend.

Nick arrived on time. Did the job quickly and professionally. Completely satisfied.

Matthew the plumber was very precise and took time to do job correctly and answer questions he also had a great helper (don’t remember name who was very careful not to hit radiant heat in cement slab to get to plumbing

Yikes! Water all over the floor, toilets not flushing, water dripping in the basement…called just before 5:00 pm and scheduled a same-day appointment between 6:00-8:00 pm. Nic arrived @6:15; inspection and clean out finished by 7:00 pm. Everything is up and running again. Nic was fantastic! Thank you for the great job.

Supper plumbing service. I call today in real need of service. And the office worked wonders to get someone out. That’s what I call service.

We had a pipe burst causing water damage, Roto Rooter was quick to respond and dispatched Nic the same day. Nic has been a huge help during the process. Quick and efficient!

As a property owner and manager, I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I had three different technicians from the same company come out to evaluate the same issue, and I received three different assessments and significantly different pricing. The final quote was more… Read full review

Nic was excellent, showed up on time, very likable and professional. Fixed the leak at affordable price. Plus he let me pick his brain about some other concerns I had. Roto-rooter even gave a complimentary gift bag containing samples of laundry detergent which is great not having any! Thank you

Great communication. On time Great service

They did a good job and cleaned up afterward.

My main sewer line was clogged and nearly every other plumber I contacted was booked out months or charging double! I called Roto rooter as a last resort and they sent DJ out to help me 2 days later. He was fantastic and super helpful, even gave me ideas for what fix I needed next!

A tub drain was cleared and a new wax ring and toilet installed. The quality of work was fine. The labor was done in about 1hr and 15 minutes. I was charged a flat amount of $250 for each item. If I stretch all imagination and drive time for two hours, this amounts to an hourly rate more than attorneys and a yearly… Read full review
