Roto Rooter has again provided prompt, professional & reasonably priced plumbing service. Jacob Taylor got right to the issue. Provided required service, and even came by on Saturday to replace an ordered part.

My water spicket was leaking and in need of repair. The tech, Jacob Taylor, had come out to do an estimate noted the wood that supported the spicket was all rotted and said hecould fix that. The service was outstanding, he was courteous and explained the problems we had, then he fixed the problems, drained the water heater and the price was good. We have them in our phone to call again next year for draining and service as needed.

Matt was quick and professional. He arrived in a timely manner, and gave us a curtesy call prior to his arrival. We will be using Roto-Rooter in the future.

Dominic did great! He did a good job explaining what he needed to do and provided the accurate pricing before doing the work. He showed me all the pieces that he took out and explained what the issue was. He did everything pretty quick and showed me how to use the new drain stopper in the bathtub. Will be using their services in the future

Matt came by today to help with a drain clog causing our washer to backup. All seems well and I appreciate his professionalism and speed.

Older model faucet fixed

I had a small brass pipe that held the regulator blow at the bladder tank, spraying water throughout. Had a technician, Matthew very knowledgeable and explained everything so I understand. Back up and running within a few hours of calling.

Jacob was great had to leave few times to get more supplies he was patient and very pleasant!!

Technician was pleasant. He has to come back to replace water tank and repair the yard where he got stuck. Look forward to seeing him again.
