Dejon was our tech and was wonderful. He was so personable and had such a great attitude and helped answer all of our initial questions. His presence was helpful and welcomed, though the repair was not the outcome we had hoped for. His supervisor Tim was also great and took the time to answer our questions. Would definitely recommend.
