Cleared a tough kitchen sink line that was clogged well beyond 35 feet. Great communication and service by John. Would hire again and recommend to others.
Even though there were a few snafus we had overall a very good experience with Roto-Rooter. They promptly came out both times for a drain clog/sewer backup. Unfortunately the first visit did not fully address the problem, but they honored their word about their work guarantee and quickly came out later that same…
Bryan was here within 3 hours of me making an appointment which is super fast considering it wasn't an emergency. He was honest and friendly (even with my dogs!). I will definitely be using them again.
Responded to my emergency at 11pm. Cleared the blockage and didn’t leave a mess behind.
Denys was knowledgeable and informative. Patient and kind while answering all my questions. After uncloging the sewerage line and using the camera to show were the damage was, made the service worth the price.
He cut roots out of my sewer pipe, and smoothed the inside. He was professional, patient, and polite. Cleaned up after. Technician was: Burim #279 I wish i had been better prepared for it, as my expectations and experience did not match. He needed a specific type of outlet, which i was thankful I had, otherwise…
All associates that assisted with our problem were the utmost informative, caring and attentive. Would most definitely continue business if another problem arises in our future. Highly recommend this company. Edwin and Jenn G

Excellent service. Fast and efficient. Matt and Joel were great.
Jason Ospina is outstanding! Polite, personable, professional, solved the problem quickly, and even went the extra mile to fix the sink stopper! Thank you, Jason and RotoRooter!
Anthony was wonderful and helped us repair our clogged pipe in a very fast and efficient manner. Highly recommend!
Too expensive. Charge $125 just to drive to our house. Have to find another company.
Danis was awesome, he solved our blockage problem and left us with good tips on how to maintain our system so that this happens less frequently. I can’t say enough good things about Danis and the service we received!
They came in about 2hrs, the tech was good and got the drain cleaned out good. However, the price ($659) was an absolutely outrageous ripoff! Disgraceful, and I will never be using roto-rooter again, nor can I in good conscience recommend them to anyone else.
My 73 year old Vietnam veteran father called for services and within 30 minutes, Adam had arrived to save the day. Not only was he professional, helpful, kind and funny. Made the experience much more bareable. Adam also explained the process that would take place , step by step in terms the average folk would…
This was our first time using Roto-Rooter and we were very impressed with the professionalism, response time and thoroughness that Danis offered us. We had a water leak somewhere in the basement, which turned out to be a clog near the septic tank and a larger problem than first imagined. Danis was wonderful,…
Service was great. But $600 for a clogged sink which took less than an hour to unclog?!! Sorry but will never use this service again. Way too pricey.
Representative that came to the house was very polite and very helpful and cleaned up and fixed my issue very quickly. Thank you 😊
They were professional and explained the process of the work they would be doing. The quality of the work was excellent.
Have unusual problem Dannis came out, then Mike. Both men were personal and professional. After I called, they were here within an hour, great service!
Verbally quoted me before starting work, charged full amount after doing half the work leaving me with no way to prove was was verbally agreed upon. After 2 months and paying. 1200$ the work they did no longer works. I am currently sitting in my 30 degree house waiting for all my pipes to freeze cause they don’t…
Great service!

Great technician. Very pleasant and efficient with his time. Got the job done.
Technician was very good in all aspects knowledge customer interaction, plain good human being. But I feel that the price was exorbitant it should be rated honestly come on.
Rafael was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. I give him my highest recommendation!
Denys was prompt, professional, and dedicated. He did a fantastic job, all with a smile! Highly recommend!
When he (FINALLY) showed up and asked what needed to be done he audibly sighed and laughed in my face about the work that needed to be done… it was just a kitchen sink faucet installation and two water shut off valve replacements. He didn’t even get to half of the work I had scheduled for. It was very frustrating and VERY expensive. Wouldn’t recommend.
Everyone at this business who helped me after a back up in my basement shower was very helpful. All were professional, courteous, pleasant. They worked very hard all week to dry out basement, remove carpet and items from rooms as well as remove wet dry wall. It was alot of work and I really appreciate all the help!…
I won't use you again you're just a little too expensive for my taste
Definitely would recommend! Next day service. Plumber Alex was very professional and informative on the process. Thank you!
I absolutely loved the plumber that came out, he was kind, professional and efficient.
It’s been three visits on a holiday weekend to deal with a problem that was more complicated and involved than originally thought. The technicians who were trying to clear the clog in the pipe worked for hours to fix the problem. When the first attempt was unsuccessful the technician scheduled a master plumber to…
