When he (FINALLY) showed up and asked what needed to be done he audibly sighed and laughed in my face about the work that needed to be done… it was just a kitchen sink faucet installation and two water shut off valve replacements. I had a really bad clog in my shower. I scheduled a service request in the morning and they were at my house in the same morning. The plumber was very professional and efficient and did a great job. He wasn’t able to fixed the problem since we have to clean our septic system first. But he did everything that he could. Highly recommended!
