I had a really bad clog in my shower. I scheduled a service request in the morning and they were at my house in the same morning. The plumber was very professional and efficient and did a great job. He wasn’t able to fixed the problem since we have to clean our septic system first. But he did everything that he could. Highly recommended!

I'm not too keen on them not giving me a range of what the cost would be, I was charged over $600 to snake out a 14 foot pipe from kitchen sink. They will not give you a range so I was not able to shop around to see if I could do any better on the cost. The guy told me it's their "flat rate' and I was in a bind to unclog my tenant's sink, so went with it.

Roto-Rooter came through for me in the clutch! I had a terrible drain clog that was preventing me from using all of the water in my house (shower, washing machine, etc.).
