great job will them again.
Great. speedy job.
My experience was very good. My main line had roots outside the house. First, a guy came and couldn’t clean it using only the snake, so they called the jet, and Denys did the job. The entire main line was cleaned all the way to the street and checked with a camera. The total was $2,000 for the service. I thought it…
Professional and prompt service. Comprehensive solutions.

Responded to my emergency at 11pm. Cleared the blockage and didn’t leave a mess behind.

I used Roto-Rooter for the first time. I had a sewage backup. Danny was very professional and knowledgeable. He took care of it in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to family and friends!!
My 73 year old Vietnam veteran father called for services and within 30 minutes, Adam had arrived to save the day. Not only was he professional, helpful, kind and funny. Made the experience much more bareable. Adam also explained the process that would take place , step by step in terms the average folk would…
Representative that came to the house was very polite and very helpful and cleaned up and fixed my issue very quickly. Thank you 😊
Excellent job by the Rotorooter team. They are a “well-oiled” machine, all well trained in their crafts and interfacing with each other - Chris, Brian, Mark, Jariel, James and the others.
I’m sorry it took so long for me respond. He did an excellent job and spoke with the city workers to show them the video that the issue is not with my lines. I would recommend him and your company any time. Once again I apologize for the delay. He was a Russian gentleman if necessary I would request him again.
Excellent, professional, informative and respectful of the home. Tech Eric his assistant, also jet system needed. David another Technician excellent.
Burim, Christian and Joel were all amazing! I had an emergency main drain issue and sewage backed up into my cellar. The team was quick to respond, courteous and professional, and kept me informed about everything they did. A great experience with Roto Rooter… thanks guys!
Very disappointed in how much they tried up charging me for services. We used them to clean a drain clog in our main septic line. They then proceeded to put a camera in the line and say our pipe was needing to be replaced. They gave me a quote of $8500 to replace the main pipe to our septic tank and I have since…
Gilbert was very profesional and knowledgeable.
Very pleased with the work, and professionalism of the worker! I was floored and upset with the outrageous price!
Our kitchen sinks was not draining and they came out with the magic motorized snake and fixed it in 30 minutes.
The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He clearly explained the job and the cost beforehand. As my concern were roots obstructing the pipe, he showed me the roots he was able to remove. Thank you for a good service.
We had a major backup in our sewer line caused by roots and other blockages in the system. Josh arrived at 8:00 PM and worked until 1:30 AM cleaning out the mess. Simply terrific!!
They always handle my issues well and send good people.
Outstanding work... I honestly didn't think it could be fixed without a jetting... but the experience and professionalism worked through the blockage.. 95 feet with a snake... pushed the blockage out.. pulled back the refuse... amazing work...
Sebastian was excellent, pleasant, and professional.
Zach was great, he gave detailed explanation of the problem and the solution.
I had a clogged sink that turned out to be more involved and it was handled professionally and it’s all better now. Be aware that he wasn’t timely but I work and I know that many businesses are short handed and overwhelmed with calls. He showed up after 7:00p.m. and came back in the morning to finish the job…
Aaron was very thorough with fixing the problem and letting me know about next steps and prevention
First off… every tech/plumber that showed up was great! No complaints there whatsoever. As to the company’s communications to each separate division (there’s different ones 🤷🏻♀️) , that’s a whole other story. The pandemic is definitely still causing all sorts of problems, and this is our first experience with…
Job was done quick and the employees are knowledgeable and informal
Dave was great! He really relieved my stress. He did a great job!
Having to clean up sewage in your basement is not something one wants to discover. Four Roto Rooter men worked at my business. The first worker arrived within four hours of my initial call and explained the issue. The plumber had a great personality and was able to laugh through my job which included having to lay…
Excellent service from David and very professional and knowledgeable.
Dan was very professional, courteous and extremely thorough. He showed us the problems and what he needed to do to fix them. He answered all of our questions and explained them in detail. It was a tough job but my opinion is...Dan and Roto Rooter are the best. You won't be disappointed. Signed, an Extremely satisfied customer. Tami
They always response and send out the technician very quickly.
Great job!.....didn't give up with a touch clog!
Very knowledgeable and he got the job done. However, i have found out since that Rotor Rooter is on the expensive end. I will go elsewhere next time.
My technician, Anthony, was awesome. He explained things to me as he was working and he worked very hard to correct the problem.
