Basement was flooding with sewage. Bryan was able to diagnose it as a city sewage line blockage overflowing into our basement. Bryan and his trainee were great but the service is vastly overpriced. $450 just to tell us the city line was blocked.

Anthony was delightfully thoughtful knowledgeable and funny
The price he quoted at the start is what we paid at the end. No funny busy or last min changes. Just professional and honest.
He stayed pretty late and used a bunch of tools I could not even pretend to understand. By the end our water flowed down the…

The technician who showed up (very promptly) to our house tonight - Vladislav - was very helpful in identifying our sewer pipe clog and snaking it out. He was very good at communicating what he was doing and gave us some tips to prevent another future problem.

This was our first time using Roto-Rooter and we were very impressed with the professionalism, response time and thoroughness that Danis offered us. We had a water leak somewhere in the basement, which turned out to be a clog near the septic tank and a larger problem than first imagined. Danis was wonderful,…

It’s been three visits on a holiday weekend to deal with a problem that was more complicated and involved than originally thought. they did not do the job I paid over $500 for. I had to do it myself after they came out twice. The guy that came the second time seemed to not really care to do the job that needed to do. HE is in the WRONG business.

The tech that came out was top notch. I had an issue with a house trap in an old victorian that was under construction and the sewage was accumulating in my basement. The house had no running water, no electricity and no heat. It was dark and cold and he stayed for almost three hours resolving the issue.…

We were charged $400 prior to the plumber's visit. My mother was told we had an outstanding debt and you all would not arrive until it was paid. However, my husband and I paid that balance off prior to COVID and we would like to be refunded. Immediately. Thank you.

This was not an easy fix and Frank (the plumber) would not leave until he had figured it out. He first tried the most obvious solution (which is the best thing to do, and also cheapest for the customer) but when that did not solve the problem, he tried something else. He then had to call for additional equipment…
