I had a really bad clog in my shower. I scheduled a service request in the morning and they were at my house in the same morning. The plumber was very professional and efficient and did a great job. I'm not too keen on them not giving me a range of what the cost would be, I was charged over $600 to snake out a 14 foot pipe from kitchen sink. They will not give you a range so I was not able to shop around to see if I could do any better on the cost. The guy told me it's their "flat rate' and I was in a bind to unclog my tenant's sink, so went with it.
