Cleared a tough kitchen sink line that was clogged well beyond 35 feet. Great communication and service by John. Would hire again and recommend to others.
Even though there were a few snafus we had overall a very good experience with Roto-Rooter. They promptly came out both times for a drain clog/sewer backup. Unfortunately the first visit did not fully address the problem, but they honored their word about their work guarantee and quickly came out later that same…
Bryan was here within 3 hours of me making an appointment which is super fast considering it wasn't an emergency. He was honest and friendly (even with my dogs!). I will definitely be using them again.
Responded to my emergency at 11pm. Cleared the blockage and didn’t leave a mess behind.
Denys was knowledgeable and informative. Patient and kind while answering all my questions. After uncloging the sewerage line and using the camera to show were the damage was, made the service worth the price.
He cut roots out of my sewer pipe, and smoothed the inside. He was professional, patient, and polite. Cleaned up after. Technician was: Burim #279 I wish i had been better prepared for it, as my expectations and experience did not match. He needed a specific type of outlet, which i was thankful I had, otherwise…
All associates that assisted with our problem were the utmost informative, caring and attentive. Would most definitely continue business if another problem arises in our future. Highly recommend this company. Edwin and Jenn G
Erik Brian Benjamin Bryce and crew were amazing they were so helpful and they were very kind and caring in our time of crisis they were compassionate and informative and guided us through each step of the process we were displaced for over a week and Erik was in contact with us through the whole process! clogged sink nightmare both Jeremiah and Joel were exceptional. Very polite, hard-working terrific people. Very impressed from beginning to end.
Professional, clean and fixed it right away. Thank you.
Jude, the technician, was super. Friendly, knowledgeable, worked hard and cleaned up. Great experience all around. Thank you for late night rescue with plumbing problem.
Warley was great. Got the job done in 30 minutes in and out.
Excellent service. Fast and efficient. Matt and Joel were great.
Jason Ospina is outstanding! Polite, personable, professional, solved the problem quickly, and even went the extra mile to fix the sink stopper! Thank you, Jason and RotoRooter!
Anthony was wonderful and helped us repair our clogged pipe in a very fast and efficient manner. Highly recommend!
Too expensive. Charge $125 just to drive to our house. Have to find another company.
Danis was awesome, he solved our blockage problem and left us with good tips on how to maintain our system so that this happens less frequently. I can’t say enough good things about Danis and the service we received!
They came in about 2hrs, the tech was good and got the drain cleaned out good. However, the price ($659) was an absolutely outrageous ripoff! Disgraceful, and I will never be using roto-rooter again, nor can I in good conscience recommend them to anyone else.
My 73 year old Vietnam veteran father called for services and within 30 minutes, Adam had arrived to save the day. Not only was he professional, helpful, kind and funny. Made the experience much more bareable. Adam also explained the process that would take place , step by step in terms the average folk would…
This was our first time using Roto-Rooter and we were very impressed with the professionalism, response time and thoroughness that Danis offered us. We had a water leak somewhere in the basement, which turned out to be a clog near the septic tank and a larger problem than first imagined. Danis was wonderful,…
Service was great. But $600 for a clogged sink which took less than an hour to unclog?!! Sorry but will never use this service again. Way too pricey.
Representative that came to the house was very polite and very helpful and cleaned up and fixed my issue very quickly. Thank you 😊
They were professional and explained the process of the work they would be doing. The quality of the work was excellent.
Have unusual problem Dannis came out, then Mike. Both men were personal and professional. After I called, they were here within an hour, great service!
Verbally quoted me before starting work, charged full amount after doing half the work leaving me with no way to prove was was verbally agreed upon. After 2 months and paying. 1200$ the work they did no longer works. I am currently sitting in my 30 degree house waiting for all my pipes to freeze cause they don’t…
Great service!
Burim, Christian and Joel were all amazing! I had an emergency main drain issue and sewage backed up into my cellar. The team was quick to respond, courteous and professional, and kept me informed about everything they did. A great experience with Roto Rooter… thanks guys!
Hello, Great professional service and a personal take by your technician Kit Horrigan 2264 done on 10/28/2022 Thanks, Alexander Karetsky
Great technician. Very pleasant and efficient with his time. Got the job done.
Technician was very good in all aspects knowledge customer interaction, plain good human being. But I feel that the price was exorbitant it should be rated honestly come on.
Rafael was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. I give him my highest recommendation!
Denys was prompt, professional, and dedicated. He did a fantastic job, all with a smile! Highly recommend!
When he (FINALLY) showed up and asked what needed to be done he audibly sighed and laughed in my face about the work that needed to be done… it was just a kitchen sink faucet installation and two water shut off valve replacements. He didn’t even get to half of the work I had scheduled for. It was very frustrating and VERY expensive. Wouldn’t recommend.
Everyone at this business who helped me after a back up in my basement shower was very helpful. All were professional, courteous, pleasant. They worked very hard all week to dry out basement, remove carpet and items from rooms as well as remove wet dry wall. It was alot of work and I really appreciate all the help!…
I won't use you again you're just a little too expensive for my taste
Definitely would recommend! Next day service. Plumber Alex was very professional and informative on the process. Thank you!
I absolutely loved the plumber that came out, he was kind, professional and efficient.
It’s been three visits on a holiday weekend to deal with a problem that was more complicated and involved than originally thought. The technicians who were trying to clear the clog in the pipe worked for hours to fix the problem. When the first attempt was unsuccessful the technician scheduled a master plumber to…
They were really helpful, prompt and nice I recommend them
Excellent job! Technical specialist (Jouanny) was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Service was prompt and efficient. Very satisfied.
They always handle my issues well and send good people.
Toilet blocked Tech very professional, wore a mask and gloves and solved my problem quickly Would definitely use Roto Rooter again Thank you sabastian! Camille Donnelly
Very professional, arrived promptly, walked me through the most likely problem and discussed what the next steps would be, will use again if another plumbing issue comes up!
Sebastian cleared out a clogged main sewer line for our basement to the street with a power auger on a Sunday. He had to cut out a stuck clean out which was difficult. Sebastian made it look easy. He was neat, knowledgeable, personable and a real professional. He cleaned up the work area and we were back in…
Was here by 3 finished by 430… was very informative and gave me options instead of just going with the most expensive route.
Rafael was very professional and efficient. This company provides 24 hour service which is a godsend. Would highly recommend!
Sebastien was prompt, professional and pleasant. CDC compliant for Covid. I had a clogged main kitchen drain and he explained the problem, showed it to me, and fixed it promptly. I found the price fair. I would definitely call Sebastien and Roto Rooter again.
Came to fix leaks into my basement— clog somewhere around basement bathroom. $600 later, issue not resolved. They gave no guarantee. All my money goes down the drain….
I had a really bad clog in my shower. I scheduled a service request in the morning and they were at my house in the same morning. The plumber was very professional and efficient and did a great job. He wasn’t able to fixed the problem since we have to clean our septic system first. But he did everything that he could. Highly recommended!
Rafal was professional and well informed and gave excellent advice.
Ronnie helped and he showed up promptly was kind, helpful, he explained the problem and solution well. He executed quickly and answered all of our questions. Was also very friendly and considerate towards our dog.
The system with clogged and the kind gentleman fixed abs repaired the pipes he did an excellent job!
They were timely (actually came early). Sergey worked until he was able to unclog the drain! Very impressed with his persistence!
Both plumbers were on time and very professional. They got our water working again and looked into the root issue without charging extra.
I had a great experience with my technician, James. I called in the morning due to sewage water in my basement, which I suspected was due to a backed up main line due to tree roots. I called and was given an appointment window of 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. I was notified around 12:30 that earlier appointments were…
Good job & pleasant technician.
Sebastion was courteous and professional. He arrived on time and was finished in less than 30 min. Very good job!
I had a problem and very worried on how to resolve it before getting worse. From the customer service rep to the service men, I felt confident that the problem was going to be resolved. They were courteous and helpful. I would recommend them!!! Sebastian was professional, knowledgeable and honest. He did his…
I had an emergency plumbing situation with my bathtub. They came earlier than expected. The technician, David was excellent- professional, courteous and very helpful. Great service!
Very prompt response to initial call for clogged toilet which proved to be sewer line clog. Had to wait for plumbing services to repair corroded flange on toilet, but delay was okay in two bathroom house. Very personable and professional plumbers appear to have done great wok. Will likely be working with cleanup…
Damien was prompt, fixed the problem, Roto Rooter was excellent in customer service as we had previously paid for a service that wasn't the root of the problem, so they were kind enough to forward monies used towards the new repair.
Sergey was great, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, worked very hard to figure out the problem and the solution, very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend him. Five stars for him
These guys are great!!!! very personable helpful from start to finish !!!!! We live in an old house and they had all the right equipment to correct our plumbing problems! Joe & Tim are a great team ... I highly recommend them for any job! WE CAN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH!!!!!!
Give Sebastian a raise! 😁
Sebastian was very professional going right to solving our problem . We would recommend him again.
Sebastian was amazing! Really pleasant to deal with, professional and diagnosed and got straight to the cause of the problem. Had our pipes unclogged and working in know time - you’re lucky to have him working for you! Totally recommend this service!
I'm not too keen on them not giving me a range of what the cost would be, I was charged over $600 to snake out a 14 foot pipe from kitchen sink. They will not give you a range so I was not able to shop around to see if I could do any better on the cost. The guy told me it's their "flat rate' and I was in a bind to unclog my tenant's sink, so went with it.
Gary from Roto-Rooter was very professional. He was late but he completed the job fast. Roto-rooter's price was a bit high in my opinion but there were the only ones that responded to my call. I'll use them again.
Dan was awesome and respectful and knew exactly what he was doing very professional thank you
Did more than requested. Very nice and helpful people. :)
First off… every tech/plumber that showed up was great! No complaints there whatsoever. As to the company’s communications to each separate division (there’s different ones 🤷🏻♀️) , that’s a whole other story. The pandemic is definitely still causing all sorts of problems, and this is our first experience with…
Job was done quick and the employees are knowledgeable and informal
Excellent service
Having to clean up sewage in your basement is not something one wants to discover. Four Roto Rooter men worked at my business. The first worker arrived within four hours of my initial call and explained the issue. The plumber had a great personality and was able to laugh through my job which included having to lay…
The plumber was skilled and efficient. He cleared my kitchen sinks drain quickly. He arrived before the window of time that I was given. However, my mistake was not asking for the cost of service when I made the appointment. The plumber arrived and told me the cost would be $586. I think this is outrageous. I was…
Dan was awesome! He was polite and helpful and overall just a great human. Glad we called
Really nice guys, drove a long way to get here. Could not fix the problem, which cost me over 500 to find out (sadly). Still have no working bathroom, shower, sink (with a big family).
David is very courteous and professional. He showed up on time and explained everything he was going to do. He is very thorough and clean. Everything was left very neat and clean. My drains were working again in no time. I would definitely recommend him and roto-rooter.
Excellent, very professional
Roto-Rooter came through for me in the clutch! I had a terrible drain clog that was preventing me from using all of the water in my house (shower, washing machine, etc.). Roto-Rooter was there within an hour of my call to unclog. Steve finished the job professionally and quickly. They will be on my call sheet for emergencies in the future!
Dan was very professional, courteous and extremely thorough. He showed us the problems and what he needed to do to fix them. He answered all of our questions and explained them in detail. It was a tough job but my opinion is...Dan and Roto Rooter are the best. You won't be disappointed. Signed, an Extremely satisfied customer. Tami
My plumbing needs were specifically to replace hose bib on rear of my house. To tighten leaking packing nuts on washer machine, and boiler drainage.
Gary the technician was great the price estimate given to me was the exact cost of services. Incredibly professional went above and beyond and completely cleaned the area I would highly recommend this service and will use again if I need plumbing services.
Bright was an amazing technician that gave us advice for how to prevent these issues in the future and for peace of mind.
The guys did a fantastic job and were thorough in completing the job to ensure there were no recurring issues. I had used other plumbers 2x before and after enough pseudo fixes I accepted the fact that I would have to pay more if I actually wanted to get the job done correctly and permanently. I will 100% use Sebastian and Joe again.
The team was great, communicative and did everything they could to help with our plumbing issue. They even helped us find our septic entrance, long buried by the previous homeowner and not marked.
The plumber came early and worked on all 3 of my bathrooms .... He did an excellent job!! We would like you to send the same plumber if we need work in the future!!
Amazing service , definitely I call again for the next time
Experienced a late night, major clog in our plumbing. Called the 24/7 emergency line and the responsive team had a plumber to our door within an hour, despite the four-hour window given. The plumber was courteous, professional, observed social-distancing guidelines, and had everything operational again within a few hours. Thanks guys!
My technician, Anthony, was awesome. He explained things to me as he was working and he worked very hard to correct the problem.
Anthony was very polite and respectful. He fixed my issue and left everything neat and organized when he finished. Would request him again in the future.
Nice and friendly tech but after 6 hours and $1500 everything he did failed the next morning. It is even worse than before and now I have to wait almost a week for another appointment- beyond frustrating!
Anthony was very nice, knowledgeable and quick. I couldn’t believe how fast he unclogged the basement drain. I had a very positive experience and would recommended your services to friends and family. Thank you!
Extremely professional and friendly. James answered all my questions, described exactly what he was doing, and solved all the problems quickly and professionally. Amazing work!
Needed a professional! Called Roto-rooter as kitchen drain won’t drain. Spoke with Carol. She sent a service tech out very quickly. She called us back - he was 35 minutes out. He came and cleaned out the clog from the sink. He said it was the WORST clog he’d ever seen! It was FULL of black sludge - 50+ years worth…
We had Ethan 4592 com to our home today, he was professional and thorough and looked after our best interests. Would recommend him and Roto Rooter to anyone.
I would highly recommend using this company. They were professional and very knowledgeable. Joe R went above and beyond to assist me in figuring out and solving the problem.
The sewage backed up into the basement so I called roto rooter. They showed up just a couple hours later and the first plumber named bright started working. He was very professional. This turned into a major job because the main drain, that was 120 years old desperately needed to be replaced. During the process I…
Excellent service. Came out on Sunday and was very courteous. Very informative and professional.
Nick did a great job with the call. He unblocked things, delivered horribly devastating news in a very gentle way, and otherwise helped make the entire experience less traumatic. Excellent job!!!
The only reason I did not give five stars is because of the dispatch not keeping us posted on what time the arrival would actually be. The service provider named Angelo who came out did an excellent job. He was professional and thorough. He took the time to explain any questions I may have and took it one step at a…
My name is Haleigh Sullivan you did an incredible job in helping us with the house and we appreciate it SO much! You were a huge help when it came to alleviating our stress! Thank you! Highly recommend!
Sergey was on time and wearing his mask. He worked quickly and efficiently and fix my problem in no time.
The servicemen were very professional, Quick, and respectful of my property, they cleaned up after they were done repairing my kitchen sink. I would definitely recommend and use them again.
The service tech was friendly and professional. He also explained cost and needed repair options
