Justin was a great person and did a great job cleaning up our clogged drain! Thank you to him and your company. He is a valuable asset!
The person who came, tried to put my toilet on a towel on the living room carpet (the bathroom is off the kitchen where there was a linoleum floor). He stated that there was a towel under it so it was fine. I asked for a clog to be fixed and I needed clean up from a backup flood in my basement, but the giant puddle…

They were professional and explained the process of the work they would be doing. The quality of the work was excellent.
Excellent job by the Rotorooter team. They are a “well-oiled” machine, all well trained in their crafts and interfacing with each other - Chris, Brian, Mark, Jariel, James and the others.
Great service, professional, courteous. Would recommend to anyone!
I was beyond impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work from Roto-Rooter. We worked with Brian, and he was friendly, transparent, and reassuring. My husband and I were in complete shock from a flash flood, and Brian and his team really helped us through it. I highly recommend this company.

The first worker arrived within four hours of my initial call and explained the issue. The plumber had a great personality and was able to laugh through my job which included having to lay…
