Scott was very helpful today and gave my husband and I a lot of information about our pipes and how we can fix it. Also very knowledgeable and kind for coming out on a Sunday morning.
Nicholas did amazing work! He fixed my toilet in a timely manor. He was polite and professional. I couldn’t recommend this service more!
Plumber came out on a service call. Cost was $145.00 to show up. Walked into the basement and gave me a price to snake the main line. $450.00 dollars. For an hours worth of work. Sent him on his way. Been in the construction business for 30 years and have never been more unsettled about a price. Will never use Roto-Rooter.
Scott did an amazing job. He explained what needed to be done to make my plumbing right cuz what I had was a mess. He walked me through what he would do, gave a time estimate, got the parts and go to work. It look great and works better than it did before! Considering it didn’t work. Scott was always polite and focused on his job. He gets a 12 out of 10!
Scott Ferguson did an excellent job and was very friendly while still being professional. He deserves a raise or at least a bonus. I found Roto Rooter itself to be very expensive (but that’s not Scott’s fault). I’ll happily give Scott a 5 star rating but the company itself charges too much in my opinion.
