Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Scott was very helpful today and gave my husband and I a lot of information about our pipes and how we can fix it. Also very knowledgeable and kind for coming out on a Sunday morning.

They charge $145 just to come and give an estimate. That goes toward the service IF you decide to go with them, so it's a scummy way to try to lock you in. I was charged $995 for them to clear a blocked underground drain from my front yard and downspouts. It took one guy one hour. Absolutely outrageous prices. Would never use again.

The plumber damaged a coupling that left the pipes leaking on our bathroom tub and i haven't been able to use our shower. He tried to blame the previous plumber for damaging the pipe, however, the pipe didn't leak until after he cleared the drainage. Roto-Roter clearly overcharging customers.

We have used Roto Rooter numerous times now. We’ve had emergency plumbing issues and issues that were important maintenance issues.
