Scott Ferguson did an excellent job and was very friendly while still being professional. He deserves a raise or at least a bonus. I found Roto Rooter itself to be very expensive (but that’s not Scott’s fault). I’ll happily give Scott a 5 star rating but the company itself charges too much in my opinion.
I called at 12:30 pm about my hot water heater leaking. I was told someone could be out between 1 and 3:30 pm. First a guy came and turned my water off to stop from leaking anymore. Then Patrick came shortly after, he was very thorough and explained everything that had to be done. It was most definitely a 2 man job…
Scott was very professional and courteous , answered questions and left area clean. Did a nice job ! Price was high compared to others but would have had several days of cold showers.

Water Heater went out. Called roto rooter to come out to see if it can be repaired. Matthew assisted with all questions and we ended up needing the water heater replaced. Same day call and installation and the hot water is back to the house!
The plumber was knowledgeable and his estimate of both the cost and the installation time was spot on. I highly recommend his service and advice.
