John from Roto Rooter from Jacksonville NC. Came out to determine the cause of toilet backup. He helped me get the solid side lid off of the septic tank. The issue was the solid side was too full and blocking the pipe from the house. All this for free because the were no clogged pipes. A very nice and respectful man…
