We had over 6 inches of water in our basement due to a recent storm. We called Roto-Rooters and within 2 hours they were on site assessing the damage and swiftly detected the issue to properly drain the water. Within 2 days, they had a whole team fixing our sewer line, removing our ruined items, cleaning/sanitizing…
The professionalism of Roto-Rooter was just awesome. The guy Sean came within one hour. They gave me a fair quote. And stopped my basement from being flooded again by clearing the sewer line within 20 minutes of initial visit. Great Job Sean and Roto-Rooter team.

Got a technician within 1-2 hours, he quickly drain snaked the main drain and clean out, even took the time to explain and walked me through the…
Clogged pipe in weird old house. Some progress but not completely cleared...expensive service but most plumbers uninterested in such a job...especially on short notice. Roto-rooter guy BRIAN professional and cordial

Joe is really professional and did such a wonderful job with clear explained backfeed on what was wrong, even though the price is over what I expected. I highly recommend and would call Roto Rooter in the future when I am ever in need of something like thier service.
Tim and Marcus were great workers and true professionals. Answered thoroughly all questions that I had. Cleaned up great after the job was done. Whatever they are being paid to do their job they deserve a raise! Dynamite service and I highly recommend them. Thank you!
Dan was very professional. I had used Roto Rooter 2 mos ago for a drain clean and sewer cap repair, and that service was not up to par. I was angry, and Dan did his best to help rectify my issue. I felt confident that my issue was resolved after his service !
Dave showed up ready to work. He was able to address and access the issue by just looking at the damage. I was able to resolve the issue the same day and that was a relief. Simple things like flushing the toilet are not really thought of until you can't. Dave's expertise allowed me to understand what happened in my…
