Invoice came 40-130% over the initial quotation. Dishwasher drain overflow treated like heavy sewage (category 3) damage. Poor experience with roto rooter, would not recommend for restoration.
Quoted a $3-5k for a restoration. Invoice came in $2k over said amount. Insurance company states unnecessary charges added in for a slight leak - going back and forth with company now. Not a good experience at all, State Farm said they are known for this.

Water heater busted,Roto Rooter came out and cleaned up the major water damage and took up the water damaged carpet and cleaned and dried out the surrounding damages as well.
