This was horrible service, I was not present when the representative showed up, he tried to quote my wife an egregiously outlandish sum to fix our garbage disposal. When she called me and I told her to tell him not a chance and to leave he did so. Then came back and offered to do it for hundreds of dollars less.…

I feel ROBBED. $300 for him to press a button under my garbage disposal! He knew it was not an issue with the garbage disposal as far as parts and to clear it I only needed to press a button! I will never use this service again. A true rip off. 5 mins in my home cost me $300
