James and Manny were not only responsive, but very professional and went over and beyond taking care of a basement leak; efficiently taking care of the damage and assessing (accurately) potential future problems to be addressed. Water heater busted,Roto Rooter came out and cleaned up the major water damage and took up the water damaged carpet and cleaned and dried out the surrounding damages as well. Came out the next day and installed a new bigger water heater. Will be paid for through my mortgage insurance. Did a great job of helping me out given my financial situation
