This is the second time that Roto-Rooter has come to our rescue. Our water heater decided to break and leak water in the utility closet and kitchen floor. I can't say enough about their professionalism and quick response. They assist us with the replacement of the water heater and homeowners insurance. I wish I could give them more then five stars.
Called between 5:30 and 6:00am. Had a person answer the phone and said someone would be there between 8:00 and 9:00am. They were here by 8:00am. Great service from water heater replacement to cleanup. Will definitely call again if I need them.
Waking up to water all over my brand new floor was not how I wanted to spend my birthday. The entire experience with Roto Rooter was great. They responded to me right away - sent someone out to view my water heater the same day, and the replacement was done the next day. They were very very quick. They were done within an hour. Excellent service!
Water heater busted,Roto Rooter came out and cleaned up the major water damage and took up the water damaged carpet and cleaned and dried out the surrounding damages as well. Came out the next day and installed a new bigger water heater. Will be paid for through my mortgage insurance. Did a great job of helping me out given my financial situation
