Tech was very thorough and explained what it could cost me if he had to snake the drain before he started work. Checked at intervals to make sure things were fixed and told me what clogged the drain! Jordan was great!
Bait and switch. They advertise snake drain service up to $109 but charged basically 3 times that. I'd waited for the appointment so wasn't going to cancel once the price was different here. The service was performed so it's a neutral rating.

When you call a company to come out and clear your pipes due to an emergency leaking toilet, it would be nice if they didn't over charge you. I was charged way too much and they did nothing to help. I will never use Roto-Rooter again! You should not take advantage of people in emergencies over a holiday!
Prompt good service.
Service was very good but very expensive for the short time it took to do the job. If you don’t need immediate service I would recommend check checking smaller local vendors. If you have an emergency Rotor Rooter can help very quickly
