What do you need done?

These guys are awesome. Mason was sent to my location within the hour of me calling, he cleared a flooding drain no problem and reassured he'd be back if need be. Thanks again bro.

My technician, Mason, was on time and very helpful. Thoroughly explained my options and what he believed was going on, as well as how to prevent it in the future. Excellent customer service and a professional fix!

Mason was great and very knowledgeable. He spent almost three hours here trying to figure out our drain issue and communicated along the way. I would highly recommended him.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Mason was amazing at getting the problem resolved.

Cesar and his team did amazing, worked around the clock even on the weekends to get our place done as quick as possible. Very clear communication from him and his team. Overall very happy and impressive crew and would recommend them to anyone!

We had an Easter plumbing back-up emergency that they came to the rescue after another company could not make it. Our service guy got us in working order but recommended a camera crew to see what was really going on. He set up that crew for next day who found a blockage and had it cleared and new clean outs…

Mason was very attentive, professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions and fixed the problem we were having quickly. I would recommended Roto-Rooter and Mason to anyone looking for their types of services.

Emil and Jonathan were a big help. We had problems with our toilets not filling up with water and flushing. They were efficient and provided great service.

Excellent Service....Came within an hour on a sunday...Pricey...but very fast and they got the job done...
