Awesome service! Friendly and very professional workers. Explained everything that was going on and give me options on what to fix and reasonable prices.
We are thrilled with the work Roto-Rooter did. Mason was the third plumber we called for our issue and the only one who could solve our problem. Well worth the money!
They did a great job rooting out our sewer line but price was a bit higher than I would have liked.
Had a great experience, these guys are the best and super fast !
Mason was immediately helpful in mitigating and diagnosing my issue.
My sewer was clogged so I called Roto Rooter. I had a number of individuals from several departments come into my home. They were helpful, BUT, one of the technicians upsold me a part for the toilet for $375, that probably cost $20 at Home Depot. This part was not needed at the time because the repairs had not even…
Disappointing - Did not warranty work, less the 24 hours later
Luis was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional, and most importantly, he got the job done and fixed our clogged shower!
Good tech.
Luis showed up on time and was very professional about his inspection of our system and explaining our options. Would recommend and use again.
Great service! Mason has been very professional. I have used them for a few years now and always been great
Mason was great and cleared my line and fully inspected with camera
I called for a sewer smell and they arrived 30 minutes later ready to fix the issue.
Great communication and service. Thoroughly explained the situation and the remediation. Fast and courteous. Greatness.
Super helpful, fast service, and knowledgeable - much better then the other three companies I had out here this week.
Great company, came out within quoted time frame.... Plumbers were professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend!!
Our toilet started overflowing after we ran the washing machine so we called Roto-rooter. Randy came out that day and knew exactly what was going on. He got right to work and cleaned out our main sewer line. He was very helpful by showing us exactly what he was doing and explained that a tree root was growing…
They arrived promptly and quickly on a Sunday morning call out on a holiday weekend. The technician was professional and friendly. The technician started work immediately and solved our problems within a few minutes. I will not hesitate to use their services again if needed.
