Had an issue with sewer line backing up into my shower in my apartment. Pretty nasty clog from something in the shared line, but Mason from Roto Rooter got things working right. Good communication and work - would recommend him on any job
Mason and his General Manager saved the day!!! After Rooter Ranger charged us 18k dollars in a scam to replace our backyard sewer pipe. Mason provided a thorough inspection and even contacted the city on his own. City of Phx is also stepping in to repair their pipe in my alley to correct more pipe issues that we…

I had a great experience with Mason from Roto-Rooter, who came out to inspect a plumbing issue related to a prior construction job. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable throughout the visit. Mason took the time to review the sewer scope video with my contractor and helped identify the likely cause…
Mason and I worked to clear the sewer line at my air bnb. I'm the head of maintenance and let me tell you I've never had a plumber more knowledgeable and patient. This guty rocks and deserves a raise.
Mason gave us a great deal! After another company gave us the run around with their $47 dollar drain special. We will call Roto Rooter for all our future drain issues. No pressure free estimate and all their 5 star reviews is what sold us. Thank you Mason until next time.
Mason came out and solved our plumbing mystery of almost a year. Cleared the problem and found the issue with his camera. Away goes trouble down the drain!!!
Mason cleared the sewer of wet wipes. Roto Rooter offers a free camera service with their main line unclogging. Great value and an amazing technician. Customer for life!!!
Mason arrived cleaned the sewer in a flash.
Nice guy but what a scammer, he quoted 13-18 thousand to clear out the sewer line to street that had a 5 ft root ( he said 10ft) using scare tactics the entire time. he quoted me at first 10-12- thousand then it went to 13 To 18 thousand . My sewer was clogged so I called Roto Rooter. I had a number of individuals from several departments come into my home. They were helpful, BUT, one of the technicians upsold me a part for the toilet for $375, that probably cost $20 at Home Depot. This part was not needed at the time because the repairs had not even…
Emil and Jonathan were a big help. We had problems with our toilets not filling up with water and flushing. They were efficient and provided great service.
Very responsive, knowledgeable, professional. Thought price was a bit high though.
