However, without asking any initial questions about the plumbing or septic tank, the service tech gave us the estimate and immediately began trying to unclog the drains. After they had removed the toilet and gone…

Scott was friendly. Very prompt and knowledgeable
Adrian was very friendly and professional and solved the problem quickly
My tech, Marcus, was incredible. If this review was just about him, it would be 5 stars. I couldn’t give 5 stars because the service window they provided was between 3:42PM and 5:42PM but by the time the tech arrived, it was 9PM. I understand they may have been busy but to under shoot a service slot by over 2 hours is not ideal. Marcus was awesome though.
