Fast response time. Fixed my clogged toilet in a timely manner. Adrian was very professional and informative.
I always trust ROTO-Rooter. They get to the bottom of the problem and they fix it - one and done. I’m done with messing around with “cheap plumbers” and cheap Mr. fix it’s This time around, I had more than one problem with a bathroom, shower faucet tub, drain etc but William has a lot of patience. More than anyone I…

We had a clog in one of our main lines which caused sewage to back up and leak from the base of the the toilets and it also backed up into the shower. It was a mess and of course occurred at 11 pm. The 2-person crew worked until the issues were resolved.
John worked hard to assess and repair our plumbing issues. Also, John explained in detail the problem to aid in my understanding of the situation. John is plumber who cares about his customers and went above and beyond in listening to my concerns and communicating with me. Tracy F.

[Edited, the link in the email did not go directly to the Roto-Rooter center that helped me. It went here, where I thought they wouldn't see it, so the initial review was not relevant to the service I received.] One of my outside water spigots broke when I bumped into it and was spewing water. My Dad attempted…

Austin was awesome! Super professional, walked me through each step of what he was doing, I learned a lot, and better yet, my water is flowing again!
The service men were nice & knowledgable. The second serviceman explained more to us, had the first one explained the same things & checked the other toilets we would have made the higher priced decision initially instead of having them come back out & in the end paying about 250 more than if we had just done more…
