Logan came to help us locate where a leak could be coming from. We saw the water damage but not able to locate where the water issue could be coming from! Logan gave many different possible scenarios and suggested even contacting leak detection but we are pretty certain he figured out where it’s coming from.

I always trust ROTO-Rooter. They get to the bottom of the problem and they fix it - one and done. I’m done with messing around with “cheap plumbers” and cheap Mr. fix it’s This time around, I had more than one problem with a bathroom, shower faucet tub, drain etc but William has a lot of patience. More than anyone I…

We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom to our garage. The technician quickly found the problem, fixed the toilet and leak and stayed and did multiple checks to make sure it was fixed before leaving. Same day service as my cell which was awesome!!
[Edited, the link in the email did not go directly to the Roto-Rooter center that helped me. It went here, where I thought they wouldn't see it, so the initial review was not relevant to the service I received.] One of my outside water spigots broke when I bumped into it and was spewing water. My Dad attempted…

Skeptical of using a large corporation. Turned out to be the best option. Kelli found problem and cleared drain. He also found a damaged pipe to street. Pipe will be replaced soon. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, the job was expert level. Repiped the whole house in a day, practically, and not because they rushed the job. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter. The day after Christmas a galvanized pipe outside my home deteriorated and started to leak water at a fast rate. Scott bowers did an amazing job on finding the problem and saving us a lot of money in doing so. Would highly recommend his service
I was shocked that a supposedly prestigious company would steal from their customer. They technician assured me he used a microscope Cera a fixed the plumbing problem and later the next day the plumber refused to show up. I had a leak under the concrete slab foundation of my house. Everyone I worked with was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They found, repaired, and resolved the issue in less than 24 hours, over a weekend. Their prices came in higher than others, the full service and weekend hours are worth it.
Travis was our technician. he was efficient and professional. He was able to explain what was going on and what he was doing so I had a good understanding of it.
I called roto-rooter to fix my leak. They did extensive work with a camera line trying to find the leak. They said they ‘found the leak at my kitchen sink.’ The leak was flowing through to the master bathroom and possibly was coming from the A/C unit. I paid them $1300+ to fix a leak under my sink but that wasn’t…

I originally called to have my water heater replaced and the next thing I know I have water pouring out of the ceiling in the garage. Manny was a class act, quick diagnosis to a tricky issue.
Elvis, the tech who came, was very courteous friendly and completed the work in a timely manner.
I so appreciated the time Anthony took to not only address the issue I requested service for, but took note of other areas needing care and took care of them as well, a professional who cares about who's on the other side of the door. I told him I felt like, I'd won the lottery because I got a technician who truly…
