Joe figured out what numerous others could not. Numerous other plumbers came to diagnose the leak and were not successful. Joe found the leak and went to get the right part, he was back in no time and installed the correct part, fixing the leak. Thanks joe!
Joe with Roto Rooter was extremely helpful. As a first time homeowner dealing with a plumbing issue was a bit nerve wracking. Joe provided great customer service and insight and made the entire process easy. Roto Rooter also had extremely fair pricing, especially considering my appointment was on a Sunday evening. They’ve earned a customer for life!
Benny and Cole were knowledgeable and efficient at fixing the leak and setting up the water restoration equipment

Woke up 2 sewerage in both bathrooms, instant Stress to say the least. Thanks 2 Hunter and Roto Rooter Things are back 2 Normal. Thanks Hunter!!
Logan came to help us locate where a leak could be coming from. We saw the water damage but not able to locate where the water issue could be coming from! Logan gave many different possible scenarios and suggested even contacting leak detection but we are pretty certain he figured out where it’s coming from.
Logan was phenomenal we had a leak under our sink and took care of the issue immediately. Very quick and efficient service.
It was a great experience. Reasonable pricing, tech arrived in time. Did a great job. Thank you Josh.
Stay far away from Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup. I had a sewage pipe leak under my driveway. Their plumber came out, identified that a previous repair used screw-on couplings, and noted pressure had caused a gap at the bottom of the fitting. Instead of fixing it properly with a glued PVC coupling, he…
Marcus came in to fix an issue we were having with our reverse osmosis system. He identified and clearly explained an error that was made by a previous electrician and fixed the issue. Would recommend Marcus again. Great service and price!!

I called at 7:40 AM. I was told that someone would be at my house in 3 hours. Two people came out at 10 o'clock AM, to look at the problem but not give me a price for the job. When i didn't hear from anyone by 12:00, i called the person who came to my house earlier. Then a half hour later I got a call from the…

The plumbing tech did a great job. Unfortunately the time was off from when he would arrive by almost double. The back office/dispatch should have been a little more upfront how quickly they could send someone out.
I had drain line blockage that caused my sinks and washer to leak all over my floor. I called Roto-Rooter and they sent out Irvin. The online appointment scheduler was easy to use, and we usually had a technician arrive within hours of requesting the appointment. All 3 technicians that we worked with (Michael, Andrew, and Derlin) were professional and helpful.

Woke up to a leak and mere hours later it was fixed. Professional and timely. Thank you so much!
Derlin Tavera, the field supervisor, did a good job. The other three employees who were working in my flooded first floor did not impress me. I went upstairs to bed Friday, July 1, at 9:30. I woke up at 1:30 to go to the bathroom and heard water running downstairs. The line between the bottom of the toilet tank and…
