Joe with Roto Rooter was extremely helpful. As a first time homeowner dealing with a plumbing issue was a bit nerve wracking. Joe provided great customer service and insight and made the entire process easy. Roto Rooter also had extremely fair pricing, especially considering my appointment was on a Sunday evening. They’ve earned a customer for life!

The connection between my water meter and water line coming into my home developed a large leak. Chris came at 9:30 PM quickly found the problem. Turned off the water at the meter. Immediately left to get parts for the repair before the stores closed. Returned and started the repair in the dark. Chris clearly…
I want to warn anyone else considering using Roto Rooter. We had a plumbing issue in the house we’re renting. We had sent out an email to them before going to bed. I had reached out to a different plumber on Thumbtack, but at 8am someone from Roto showed up without any confirmation from me. I thought that was…
I had been struggling with my kitchen sink for quite some time until I finally gave in and gave these guys a call. When I say my technician, Adrian, was fantastic, just know it is an understatement. We thought it was going to be hopeless to get through, but he didn't give up and I am eternally grateful! you don't…

It was a great experience. Reasonable pricing, tech arrived in time. Did a great job. Thank you Josh.
Hunter was fantastic. Prices are excessive though.
Stay far away from Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup. I had a sewage pipe leak under my driveway. Their plumber came out, identified that a previous repair used screw-on couplings, and noted pressure had caused a gap at the bottom of the fitting. Instead of fixing it properly with a glued PVC coupling, he…
Aurel was the kindest and most knowledgeable plumber to serve us at Catholic Charities. Other plumbing companies couldn’t get the job done but Aurel got it done quick and even helped us clean up. Thank you guys for serving out Tampa community

I always trust ROTO-Rooter. They get to the bottom of the problem and they fix it - one and done. I’m done with messing around with “cheap plumbers” and cheap Mr. fix it’s This time around, I had more than one problem with a bathroom, shower faucet tub, drain etc but William has a lot of patience. More than anyone I…
William he went above and beyond he took out my disposal and put in a new pipe and reassured me that all is good even did extra that he wasn't here to do. William deserves recognition for a job well done

Great company, highly recommend. Called Roto Rooter and they had someone to the house within an hour. We had a clogged main line. The tech worked on getting the main cleared, but needed to scope the drain with a camera since it was clearing. Nick the field supervisor was there in 15 mins with the camera. The house…

I also want to thank Logan for his quick response and amazing communication. Hopefully, I don't see you guys again, but I am glad to know I have a reliable company to call when my plumbing stops working.

Called Roto-Rooter and they came out within hours. Had someone fix both my rental properties drains all the way to through the pipes to the end of the system. They gave a discount and it cost $928 to unclog and clean up the lines in both showers on the second floor.
