Fast response time. Fixed my clogged toilet in a timely manner. Adrian was very professional and informative.
Responsive, efficient, polite, great work
"Darrel, Chris and Kevin were great all the times that they came out to take care the water damage and mold that was found in my home. Kevin did everything he could to speed up the process since he knew that I am moving to another state in the very near future. Thank you guys :) You are the best"
Roto Rooter Crew was so professional . Amazing customer service . They fixed our sink & garbage disposal less than 1 an hour.
We are new to the area and you can imagine our surprise from our first 3 nights being plagued with 1st floor flooding across the entire area. Roto Rooting did an amazing job of coming on site in a quick manor to help resolve the flooding issue from our guest bathroom along with the water restoration and clean up…
Great service! Came out to fix leak day before Thanksgiving! Quick and professional! Thank you!
Repaired broken main drain and thoroughly Jet washed all drains to interior toilets.(Excellent job). However baised on the price you charged why did you NOT additionally pour your liquid cleaner into all sink, tub, disposal and shower drains. Since you didn't include that with what you changed, I would say you did…
They were speedy in returning my call but they showed up to my house at the wrong time originally. The technician only stayed 10 minutes but got the job done. Super expensive for only 10 minutes of work.
Professional and efficient. He is knowledgeable about his job and patiently explained the process so that the issue was less overwhelming. Would definitely recommend
Derlin Tavera, the field supervisor, did a good job. The other three employees who were working in my flooded first floor did not impress me. I went upstairs to bed Friday, July 1, at 9:30. I woke up at 1:30 to go to the bathroom and heard water running downstairs. The line between the bottom of the toilet tank and…
Austin was probably the most knowledgeable worker in this department I've ever encountered. He was punctual, polite, professional, well mannered and had vast knowledge of his craft. Austin completely saved my day. My day was off to a rough start when sewage began spewing from the base of my toilet. Roto-Rooter to…
They were on time and professional. Would definitely use Roto-Rooter again.
Austin was super professional with his job ,did an amazing job…super recommend!!!!
John Herron was extremely professional and completed all repairs and replacement to our satisfaction. Thank you John! Marie Williams & Richard Lambert
I noticed water coming up from my flooring in my kitchen late in the evening. I called Roto-Rooter and they had a team of guys (one to assess the situation, a second for clean-up and a plumber) out first thing the next morning, on-time. Logan, Kevin and Jason are experienced, professional, knowledgeable and caring…
Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, the job was expert level. Repiped the whole house in a day, practically, and not because they rushed the job. Cody and team stayed until almost 8pm to make sure we could all shower that same day! Inspection went well, and I was told by the inspector that it was TOP…
Estimator, Derlin Tavera was extremely knowledgeable of the flood situation and explained in detail the drying process. The actual crew led by Matthew Stevens, who also walked us through the process and explained in detail what to expect. He and his crew (I wish I remember all their names!) were professional,…
The water restoration team I dealt with was superb. They always called to say they were on the way or if a change in plan occurred, let me know the night before. They were professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in providing information about what I could do going forward and what sprays to use. After…
Edited: Jason, who was recently brought in to help improve the Tampa Roto-Rooter team, has been in touch with me regarding the issues we experienced. He took care of the amount my husband and I owed for the water remediation and apologized for how we were treated. Thank you, Jason! My husband and I discovered a…
They were quick to respond and accomodating. Everyone that came to my home were respectful and professional and fot the job done. I would definitely use them again if the need arises.
