Chris diagnosed the problem immediately and had our issue resolved so quickly. He explained every step of the way what to expect. Even better he finished the job quickly. I would definitely recommend Roto -Rooter Tampa and would ask for Chris. Would give him 10 stars if I could.
Christian came to my house in a very short time. He did a great job clearing out my washing machine drain. I would recommend him 100%.
Adrian was very detailed and informative about his work.

Raif came out and sorted out my 3 problems I had which was clogged plumbing, kids bathtub faucet replacement, and garbage disposal replacement. He did an amazing job.. I can't thank him enough and be more happier that all of this had been taken care of. Thank you Raif and roto-rooter.
I appreciate that the team responded quickly and arrived at my house within an hour of being called. However, without asking any initial questions about the plumbing or septic tank, the service tech gave us the estimate and immediately began trying to unclog the drains. After they had removed the toilet and gone…

Hunter was very amiable. Hexexplained everything to me. Thanks for the fast and excellent service.
Scott was friendly. Very prompt and knowledgeable
Adrian was very friendly and professional and solved the problem quickly
My tech, Marcus, was incredible. If this review was just about him, it would be 5 stars. I couldn’t give 5 stars because the service window they provided was between 3:42PM and 5:42PM but by the time the tech arrived, it was 9PM. I understand they may have been busy but to under shoot a service slot by over 2 hours is not ideal. Marcus was awesome though.
Adrian was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and frank. He did a great job and made sure I understood what needed to be done and why.
Adrian did an amazing job. Very impressed with his work and he was extremely nice and courteous when at my house. Highly recommend.

I first called a local company that kept me waiting for 6 hours. In a pinch, I called Roto Rooter and William was here in 20 minutes. He had the issue fixed in less than an hour. Left the workspace cleaner than he found it. I hope to never have to call a plumber again, but if I do, it will be Roto Rooter.
I have nothing but good things to say about Mike and his business. He goes above and beyond and even came for an emergency call at 9pm!! If you are in the area I highly recommend, you will never be disappointed with his work!!

Had a great experience with Roto-Rooter! DeMarcus was very kind and diagnosed/fixed our problem quickly. Would definitely use them again!
The main sewage drain was clogged I and contacted Rotor-Rooter for service. Access to the main at our home was very easy (outside on side of house, ground level). The first quote the tech gave was crazy expensive at $400.00 for a simple clearing. After some negotiating, the price came down to $250.00. The job…
The Tex was very kind
Great company, highly recommend. Called Roto Rooter and they had someone to the house within an hour. We had a clogged main line. Great customer service. Very prompt arrival.
We called in a panic, as we have before, because our kitchen was flooding with water. Roto-rooter answers the call with a pleasant, really helpful person in about one second. We spoke with Emmitt, the Leak Detection Guru, in about 10 minutes and he told us 5 things to do until he came the next morning. His…
They responded and were on-site within an hour or so on a Sunday evening. They diagnosed and fixed our toilet drain issues and were very reasonably priced for rapid, weekend service. We will definitely use them again.
From the time I called to the time Brian cleared the clog was an hour and a half - after hours! Brian was respectful, professional and did a great job. While I hope I won't need to, if I have another clog I'll be sure to call Roto Rooter Tampa.
Surprise sewage back up greeted me this morning. Roto Rooter came out ASAP and cleared the drain and fixed a second problem that was occuring. They were professional, polite, prompt and respectful of my property and myself. I highly recommend them.
I was disappointed in the service. The drain was not fixed. My son who was visiting finally removed the large plug in the drain. The service man left an air valve just sitting on a pipe and when I used the dishwasher all the water overflowed on the kitchen floor. It was very expensive and the problem was not fixed.
Patient and knowledgeable all around nice guy and experienced customer service a+

Wanted $500 to snake the drain and couldn't get it clear. Then tried to upsell water jet for $1800. AND Services cleared it for $330 using a snake.
Terrible! Not happy about the service. Price gouging, way too expensive. If you have too much money then call them.

Nice job From Jashua
Service was good and accomplished what was requested. The tech that came out was annoying though...abrupt, rude and argumentative. Likely due to English not being his first language, but that's not an excuse to not be nice.
Mr. Leonard was extremely polite and very clean while cleaning our drainage system. He was very knowledgeable and easily explained the problem and solution. Thank you again for being professional and priced reasonably.

Very helpful and professional.
Slow toilet flush. $645 to pull the toilet and snake the line. Snake comes out clean, tech reinstalls the toilet and still a slow toilet flush. I now have a $645 diagnosis and a $450 offer to replace the toilet. I don't think so.

I had company in town and needed a clogged drain repaired quickly. They replied and came out promptly but then told my wife they couldn't find the clean out and would need to remove/replace a toilet to do the work and the cost would be $700. I was in a bad spot and needed the work done so I approved (knowing this…
Company is less than honest. They will not discuss pricing over the phone, but when they get to your home they tell you it is $500 to clear the drain pipe and $625 to lift the toilet. Further, they do not tell you that it is company policy not to step on your roof to clear a drain through a stack pipe. Come on…
Josh was very professional, went over and above what was expected to ensure the drain was clear and offered valuable advice to help avoid future problems.
I received a text in advance of plumber’s arrival - plumber ( Irvin ) arrived when scheduled - Irvin was extremely professional, took sufficient time to communicate the expectation for costs, their diagnosis and their plan for remediation - they completed their work in a timely manner and did a good job of clean-up…
Nice people, professional, informative.
Professional service but very pricey. I was charged $425 to clear a clogged kitchen sink. R.J. Kielty charged $100 to clear my toilet 6 months ago. In my opinion, the price does not match the service rendered.
Scott was timely, easy to deal with did his work in a professional and timely manner.
Elvis and Jon were absolutely incredible, you could tell they really cared. They explained everything comprehensively prior to beginning the work and while completing the work. Super quick and efficient work as well. Honest pricing. 10/10 recommend their services.
Adrian was really fast, gave us an estimate before he started so we didn’t get any surprises, he took about an hour to unclog what was a bunch of the previous owners hair and a nice oatmeal plug that stopped about halfway through the house. It wasn’t cheap, but plumbing is one of those unavoidable expenses, and it…
Awesome experience; compassionate associate, Petrit, took care of my problem promptly. I felt confident in his abilities after speaking with him of his experience in the industry and my problem was solved. Thank you so, so much!!
Technicians arrived within 2 hour of making the appointment. Very professional and took the time to explain what was clogging the sink and how to maintain it
Cody was thorough and extremely helpful.
The response time from phone call to arrival time was quick and the service was quick and professional as well. Thank you for such a positive experience.
Adrian was great! Got everything running again and made us aware of some issues we may want to investigate in the future. Very explanatory and helpful.
Very knowledgeable and gave me tips and answered all my questions , quick response, professional... I've used them multiple times and they've always resolved my issue. This time was no different.
Adrian was great. Explained everything clearly. Went above and beyond helping us on a Saturday. Recommend him. Thank you Adrian.
Manager Tim and the technicians Cody, and Austin did fantastic work and were really friendly and made sure they got everything taken care of and everything was up and running before leaving. They were very informative about everything they were doing. They were extremely polite and I would recommend them specifically to anyone.
Thank you to your team for making this stressful situation alot less overwhelming. Your service tech Scott Bowers, was prompt, professional and was willing and open to discuss my questions and concerns.
Ariol did a great job replacing my garbage disposal and clearing my kitchen sink clog. He was friendly and efficient. Appreciate the great work
Adrian was great! Very knowledgeable and clearly explained the situation and what he was doing.
My Tech Adrian was polite and very thorough. Afterward, he explained how to keep my sink drain from clogging in the future by using the pipe treatment to help the 50 year old cast iron pipes from corroding further. This is my second service from this office of Roto Rooter and both times the response and results have been great.
Adrian was awesome.
Ariol was very professional, communicative, polite, and thorough. He turned a bad situation into a good one. I highly recommend him if you need help with your main drain.
Ariol was professional, polite, informative, and very helpful. Job well done, thank you Roto-Rooter for employing quality staff. The next time I need to call I will ask for Ariol by name.
Very professional, great quality of service and they include 6 month warranty for their services. Thank you Jeff for a great job and great customer service. I will recommend their services to anyone.
Are drains were sluggish so we called and scheduled service. We now have leaking sinks and neither will drain. Repaired one toilet which now continues to run after flushed. All for $700+ I will call them back tomorrow as we are very unhappy
Response time was very reasonable and Scott B. was a very honest, knowledgeable, and professional technician. Really like the 6 month guarantee.
Ariol was a godsend when our main line backed up and a very gross situation was bubbling up through the shower drain. He was polite, professional, and very informative. He made quick work of the problem and got us back to where we could use our bathroom again. Afterwards he promptly cleaned up his work area and…
Adrian was AWESOME. Arrived on time and quickly completed the task. Thank you!
Quick response time. They fixed the deep clogging under the toilet but it was super pricey for an hour of work. I didn't look at other companies prices however so maybe $700 for a deep clog requiring them to take the toilet off to get to it is normal for the industry. Either way I'm happy with the work that was done at least!
Elvis was professional and experienced.. He done a excellent awesome job .. Explained everything in detail..
Prior to calling Roto-Rooter I had 3 other plumbers come to my home to unclog the same toilet 3 times since Thanksgiving. With their help I discovered that build-up in the sewer line from the kitchen is what was causing the clog at the "Y" where the 2 lines join. I also discovered I had installed the wrong size…
Elvis came out to help unclog our drain. It was a quick and easy experience that was solved within an hour or two of calling the company. Elvis was very professional and helpful. He was informative and answered all our questions. He provided a quality experience and we would recommend him to anyone.
The Tech that was here was very informative during the process. Very professional and genuinely cared about us.
We had a major issue late at night at Roto rooter came out within an hour and solved our problem. R’cittio was amazing, very polite, thorough and professional.
5 star.
Brian and Brian were great!
Our emergency started at 10pm, went online to book a morning service, the technician was here just as promised between 8-10 am. In and out in less than an hour. Thank you!
The servic tech was very professional. An asset to the company. He's welcome to return to my home if future service is needed.
Even tho my sewage system wasn't built correctly my technician was able to not just work with it but also fix my problem. Andrew is very professional and friendly. Definitely someone I can be comfortable around and let in my house. I would recommend and call back for all future plumbing services.
Great work. Kudos to Ben, Emitt and Brandon
Technician, Eduart, was so professional and helpful. I will never use a different company then Roto Rooter and only ask for Eduart to repair my plumbing. Brilliant work and great customer service!!! Seriously please use them!!
We called up Christmas morning; a miracle had backed up our lines and it was surfacing in the tub. They were at our home within a couple of hours, fixed the issue quickly and was done by the afternoon. First time customer, and I wouldn't think of going elsewhere at this point.
Our regular plumber couldn't unclog a toliet due to it being so far down the pipes. The Roto-Rooter tech Keli was informative, explained all the issues and answered all my questions. He fixed the clog and identified the cause - which we will have Roto-Rooter fix in the coming weeks. Very satisfied with the service and highly recommended Keli!
Scott Bowers was very professional and kept me updated at every step of the way.
Quick response and successful repair. Professional technician. However, steep price for just a few minutes of work.
We had a sink leak and backup from clogged and gunked up pipes. Scott Bowers was our service technician and did a great job. He explained everything needed and what he was doing every step of the way. He was friendly, professional, fast, and efficient. Solved our problem quickly. We also had a field technician,…
Very professional and efficient
The service technician was respectful and knowledgeable about the potential issue. He was professional and reacted quickly. Roto-Rooter has a quality service technician (Scott B.) to help with our backup draining issue. Thank you Roto-Rooter and Scott B. for your quick service.
Thank you to Elvis for resolving our issue so quickly. We also appreciate the guidance he provided for maintaining our drains to keep them clog free.
Technician was very professional and did a great job what was your name Edward Edward was top-notch can't give enough praise and recommendation to anybody
I have never been disappointed by the exceptional service Roto-Rooter. Mynyr S. had 43 years of plumbing experience, got here within 45 minutes from the time I called them. He took care of everything, including a very clogged sewer drain, repaired a badly leaking toilet, and fixed all the bad plumbing under my…
Same day service. Showed up on time. Discussed other services in case it is tree roots causing the blockage,
Elvis came out and who's extremely kind help desk about 2:30 in the morning and gave me a good deal I'd recommend using them
Elvis was a fantastic technician. He was professional, courteous and thoroughly explained what he was doing every step of the way. He even explained some preventative maintenance techniques. I'd highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.
Although I was a little shocked at the cost to snake the drain in question, i know that Keli from Roto Rooter was completely thorough and did a great job. The last time the price was less but that was 2017. I actually just ran the washing machine and was thrilled when it drained without causing a backup. Thanks for the quick response and service.
Keli with Roto-Rooter was wonderful. Quick and efficient and very kind. Thank you for coming out so early!
Eduar was patient, found the issue, and fixed it quickly and without a mess! I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing this service!
Service was amazing! Technician that arrived was courtesy and so helpful. Great customer service from placing the call for service to service being completed.
Eduart was very professional. On time. Knew exactly what to do to solve our problem. Gave us solutions so the problem would not persist.
Roto-Rooter is always responsive and provides effective services. Adrian just fixed the lines in the two bathroom sinks in my home and kept me informed every step of the way so that I knew the value I was getting.
Jeff was the best!!! He was fast, friendly, and professional!! A life saver in an emergency! Thanx again Jeff!!
