My tech, Marcus, was incredible. If this review was just about him, it would be 5 stars. I couldn’t give 5 stars because the service window they provided was between 3:42PM and 5:42PM but by the time the tech arrived, it was 9PM. I understand they may have been busy but to under shoot a service slot by over 2 hours is not ideal. Marcus was awesome though.

I was disappointed in the service. The drain was not fixed. My son who was visiting finally removed the large plug in the drain.
