Fast response time. Fixed my clogged toilet in a timely manner. Adrian was very professional and informative.
I always trust ROTO-Rooter. They get to the bottom of the problem and they fix it - one and done. I’m done with messing around with “cheap plumbers” and cheap Mr. fix it’s This time around, I had more than one problem with a bathroom, shower faucet tub, drain etc but William has a lot of patience. More than anyone I…

[Edited, the link in the email did not go directly to the Roto-Rooter center that helped me. It went here, where I thought they wouldn't see it, so the initial review was not relevant to the service I received.] One of my outside water spigots broke when I bumped into it and was spewing water. My Dad attempted…
They were awesome! Service diagnosed one day and fixed the next! 👍🏾

Great service!
Very prompt and professional

Austin was awesome! Super professional, walked me through each step of what he was doing, I learned a lot, and better yet, my water is flowing again!
The service men were nice & knowledgable. The second serviceman explained more to us, had the first one explained the same things & checked the other toilets we would have made the higher priced decision initially instead of having them come back out & in the end paying about 250 more than if we had just done more…

Andrew and his colleague were amazing and getting to my problem in a timely manner. Courteous and professional and went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend.
Rapid service but I feel very very expensive compared to other companies and wanted to talk you into other services on pipes
Professional service but very pricey. I was charged $425 to clear a clogged kitchen sink. R.J. Kielty charged $100 to clear my toilet 6 months ago. In my opinion, the price does not match the service rendered.
What went well? They were easy to reach and dispatched quickly. The bathroom clog was fixed. What didn't go well? Major upsell. Instead of snaking through the roof they removed the toilet and charged $700.00 to fix the clog. They did a poor job of caulking the toilet again. When I wanted to use a coupon for…
The technician was fantastic, very friendly and did a great job. It only took him 45 minutes to replace the pipe with the pinehole leak. Then we could turn the water back on for the house. And the estimater did a great job for roto rooter. He knew we had no water and he manipulated me and charged us $1000. for…

Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, the job was expert level. Repiped the whole house in a day, practically, and not because they rushed the job. Clogged toilet, they were professional and available same day, but quite pricey compared to others. $300 for a two min snake job. Other companies charge $79-$99 for the same service, but again they were the only ones available the day I needed.
