Fast response time. Fixed my clogged toilet in a timely manner. Adrian was very professional and informative.
I always trust ROTO-Rooter. They get to the bottom of the problem and they fix it - one and done. I’m done with messing around with “cheap plumbers” and cheap Mr. fix it’s This time around, I had more than one problem with a bathroom, shower faucet tub, drain etc but William has a lot of patience. More than anyone I…

We called Roto-Rooter & they sent Eduart who came &…
Professional service and timely arrival. They even left the sink cleaner than I gave it to them.

The guys were awesome. Gave me upfront info and beat the previous companies quotes by over $1k. Plus they did the work same day and didn't have to set it out a weel or two. Demetrius and his partner were knowledgeable and upfront about everything and now that the repairs done gave me some easy tips and maintenance…

We had a clog in one of our main lines which caused sewage to back up and leak from the base of the the toilets and it also backed up into the shower. It was a mess and of course occurred at 11 pm. The 2-person crew worked until the issues were resolved.
John worked hard to assess and repair our plumbing issues. Also, John explained in detail the problem to aid in my understanding of the situation. John is plumber who cares about his customers and went above and beyond in listening to my concerns and communicating with me. Tracy F.

Called RR today for main line clog, our 10th call in 1 year of home ownership. Dani did a great job snaking the clog, but she called her supervisor Randy Olaski and he went above and beyond! He spent half an hour with a camera in my line and found the solution to a problem that over $4,000 in calls (including prior…
[Edited, the link in the email did not go directly to the Roto-Rooter center that helped me. It went here, where I thought they wouldn't see it, so the initial review was not relevant to the service I received.] One of my outside water spigots broke when I bumped into it and was spewing water. My Dad attempted…
They were awesome! Service diagnosed one day and fixed the next! 👍🏾
Excellent service and very quick attention
Great service!
Very prompt and professional
Had new shower installation, but it came with a problem where the water would slowly drain. The plumber checked line and found that the drain was installed with the water flowing back toward the input drain (back pitched). Now I need to have the installers come back out and fix drain as I originally suggested.…
Austin was awesome! Super professional, walked me through each step of what he was doing, I learned a lot, and better yet, my water is flowing again!
The service men were nice & knowledgable. The second serviceman explained more to us, had the first one explained the same things & checked the other toilets we would have made the higher priced decision initially instead of having them come back out & in the end paying about 250 more than if we had just done more…
Travis was insightful and very professional

Michael was very professional and was informative.
Jose was there but he doesn't like to do surveys so I'm going to give you what he indicated to me. He was explained what the issue was and what they resolved and how he could try to keep it from happening again. Jose believes that is above and beyond customer service and I agree.
Wow!!Excellent customer service from phone staff to plumber. We were mortified the problem was our error-we didn’t open the valve enough to get water- and there was no charge to correct it! Thank you!
We had both toilets completely replaced and will need about 12 feet of pup replaced in order for everything to work properly. The team was very helpful and friendly when we asked questions. They were concerned about clean up afterwards and did a great job. I would recommend them to others.

Water block
The plumber that responded to our issue was nice and completed the job for us. The one-star review was because a plumber was supposed to come back the following day to snake the line with a camera to identify the problem in the main line. No one ever showed up or called. The return service was included in the…

Just wanted to clean kitchen drain. they preformed as needed.
Jeff was timely and worked with my schedule in order to accommodate installing the hot water heater. He provided options, so that I could make the best choice for my home.
Roto Rooter really redeemed themselves, we had a technician come out and didn't have the best experience. Chuck and Joe came out and really addressed the issues, figured out the problem, and came up with a quick and affordable solution. Joe kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire fix, letting me…

My toilet was leaking. I called Roto-Rooter at 3:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon. 20 minutes later the agent told me that the plumber is on his way. Andrew and his colleague were amazing and getting to my problem in a timely manner. Courteous and professional and went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend.
Rapid service but I feel very very expensive compared to other companies and wanted to talk you into other services on pipes
Professional service but very pricey. I was charged $425 to clear a clogged kitchen sink. R.J. Kielty charged $100 to clear my toilet 6 months ago. In my opinion, the price does not match the service rendered.
What went well? They were easy to reach and dispatched quickly. The bathroom clog was fixed. What didn't go well? Major upsell. Instead of snaking through the roof they removed the toilet and charged $700.00 to fix the clog. They did a poor job of caulking the toilet again. When I wanted to use a coupon for…
The technician was fantastic, very friendly and did a great job. It only took him 45 minutes to replace the pipe with the pinehole leak. Then we could turn the water back on for the house. And the estimater did a great job for roto rooter. He knew we had no water and he manipulated me and charged us $1000. for…
Elvis and Jon were absolutely incredible, you could tell they really cared. They explained everything comprehensively prior to beginning the work and while completing the work. Super quick and efficient work as well. Honest pricing. 10/10 recommend their services.
Super professional, great attitudes, very focused, and very knowledgeable!! Nothing short of Impressive!!
Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, the job was expert level. Repiped the whole house in a day, practically, and not because they rushed the job. Cody and team stayed until almost 8pm to make sure we could all shower that same day! Inspection went well, and I was told by the inspector that it was TOP…
Roto-Rooter provided prompt service and a 6 month warranty on the work. Elvis did a great job getting to the “root” of the problem. He was professional, courtesy, and did an excellent job at cleaning up after the work was completed.
Ariol was professional, polite, informative, and very helpful. Job well done, thank you Roto-Rooter for employing quality staff. The next time I need to call I will ask for Ariol by name.
Other than coming 4 hours later than expected and being VERY expensive. The job was done professionally, neatly and thoroughly.
