I had an emergency call late Sunday night tech Joe B. came out he didn’t have the part needed to fix issue since it's not common. Logan was very helpful and came to the house very quickly to help
Logan came to help us locate where a leak could be coming from. We saw the water damage but not able to locate where the water issue could be coming from! Logan gave many different possible scenarios and suggested even contacting leak detection but we are pretty certain he figured out where it’s coming from.
Logan from Roto-Rooter came by today to help us with our leak, he was very helpful and made sure we understood the problem and what the next steps will be to fix it.

Adrian arrived as the technician. He was extremely professional, kept us informed as to what he was doing. It was a difficult repair That took 3 hours but he was super patient.
I always trust ROTO-Rooter. They get to the bottom of the problem and they fix it - one and done. I’m done with messing around with “cheap plumbers” and cheap Mr. fix it’s This time around, I had more than one problem with a bathroom, shower faucet tub, drain etc but William has a lot of patience. More than anyone I…

Great customer service. Very prompt arrival.
We called in a panic, as we have before, because our kitchen was flooding with water. Roto-rooter answers the call with a pleasant, really helpful person in about one second. We spoke with Emmitt, the Leak Detection Guru, in about 10 minutes and he told us 5 things to do until he came the next morning. His…

We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom to our garage. The technician quickly found the problem, fixed the toilet and leak and stayed and did multiple checks to make sure it was fixed before leaving. Same day service as my cell which was awesome!!
[Edited, the link in the email did not go directly to the Roto-Rooter center that helped me. It went here, where I thought they wouldn't see it, so the initial review was not relevant to the service I received.] One of my outside water spigots broke when I bumped into it and was spewing water. My Dad attempted…

We recently had a pipe leak and are so glad that we chose to work with Roto-Rooter! The online appointment scheduler was easy to use, and we usually had a technician arrive within hours of requesting the appointment. All 3 technicians that we worked with (Michael, Andrew, and Derlin) were professional and helpful.
Plumber was fast, professional and did an excellent job
Austin was probably the most knowledgeable worker in this department I've ever encountered. He was punctual, polite, professional, well mannered and had vast knowledge of his craft. Austin completely saved my day. My day was off to a rough start when sewage began spewing from the base of my toilet. Roto-Rooter to…

Skeptical of using a large corporation. Turned out to be the best option. Kelli found problem and cleared drain. He also found a damaged pipe to street. Pipe will be replaced soon. Roto Rooter has the diagnostic equipment a plumber probably would not have. Glad I called them. Kelli came on time. Appreciate that.…
Very courteous and explained everything very well.
Joshua worked hard and was very polite.
Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, the job was expert level. Repiped the whole house in a day, practically, and not because they rushed the job. Cody and team stayed until almost 8pm to make sure we could all shower that same day! Inspection went well, and I was told by the inspector that it was TOP…

I highly recommend Roto-Rooter. The day after Christmas a galvanized pipe outside my home deteriorated and started to leak water at a fast rate. After trying to turn off my water and disconnect the pipe to no avail I called Roto-Rooter. The dispatcher said she'd try to find someone and see if they can turn off the…
I have never been disappointed by the exceptional service Roto-Rooter. Mynyr S. had 43 years of plumbing experience, got here within 45 minutes from the time I called them. He took care of everything, including a very clogged sewer drain, repaired a badly leaking toilet, and fixed all the bad plumbing under my…

Scott bowers did an amazing job on finding the problem and saving us a lot of money in doing so. Would highly recommend his service
I was shocked that a supposedly prestigious company would steal from their customer. They technician assured me he used a microscope Cera a fixed the plumbing problem and later the next day the plumber refused to show up. Took my $425 cash and I was promised a refund that I the company refused my calls saying…
