Called Roto-Rooter and they came out within hours. Had someone fix both my rental properties drains all the way to through the pipes to the end of the system. They gave a discount and it cost $928 to unclog and clean up the lines in both showers on the second floor.
We had another plumber who could not fix the issue. Raif came and was able to solve it in a short time and did a wonderful job! And very friendly. We will use them again for sure!
From the moment I spoke with the customer representative for the initial phone call to arrival of plumber Sean. They were both patient, personable and professional. Sean answered all my questions with about my leaky shower faucet with ease and repaired it. I would recommend them.

We were very pleased with the overall experience of Roro-Rooter. They responded very quickly (on Christmas day!!!) when our water wouldn't shut off. Excellent customer service.
He was very kind. Explained everything. And did everything that needed to be done. He explained the next step I needed to take to further locate other problems.
Technician arrived roughly in the middle of my 2-hour window. Got a 30-min confirmation call beforehand. Tech was able to evaluate situation and make repair. My only concern would be the cost of the labor. Seemed a little high for the level of complexity and the time it took to perform the job. Materials rates were satisfactory.
Way very happy with the fellow that did repair work. Suppervior was also very good at what he did. All in all, will use service again.

My experience was great. The woman who helped me schedule was nice and knew what she was doing. Travis was the technician and he was nice, professional, and knowledgeable.
