Rove serviced our house this morning. Friendly, professional and took care of business for all of our concerns. I will always recommend using Rove.
Hello I can’t really rate the service as we weren’t home at the time. I checked my cameras and did not see him providing service. I have a gate on the upper deck and usually when we are serviced it is taken down this time it wasn’t moved Changed review to 5 star as Rove made a return visit and addressed my concerns Thank you!
Gerald Cobb did an amazing job. I'm so glad you sent a pro! He found the hive and took care of it. Along with the usual preventatives He nailed it. 100% Awesome work! Seems like a great guy as well! Really thankful he was here to solve this for us. - Mike A (with ROVE I stay)
JB our technician was excellent. Called me same day after making an online request. Made an appointment immediately and was on time. Gave me a professional and on the spot quote, which I approved immediately and the service began right then. What a great experience, thank you again would recommend to anyone.
Jim did a great job!
JB the service manager and Mike our tech were AHmazing today. This is our first fall/winter in our new home and Mike was unable to check our attic for pest BUT he called JB and he was here within the hour. He checked all 3 areas for us and made sure we were all set for the winter. Not only did he provide…
.Mike's attention to detail is impeccable.
Deirdre Was great! She treated every area I asked for and was very nice and personable! Rove Pest is the best to work with, great prices too!
We have used Rove for 4 yrs now. The service is great and professional. Anytime we call for additional service, they come out quickly. By keeping up their service on the outside of our house, we feel that contributes to hardly any spiders or bugs in our house (including our basement). We highly recommend Rove to care for your home and property.
Rove Pest control is fantastic. I’ve been a customer for the past 4 years. They are always prompt and professional. Last year I had a yellow jacket issue and they immediately came out and worked on the issue for me free of charge. Today(6/22/21) the technicians asked if I had any specific concerns and they…
The service is very responsive to client issues. Patrick did a very good job addressing my concerns.
Mike is the rep that normally services our property, and always takes the time to understand where we are having issues with pests, and comes up with a plan with us as to how to treat/handle. He always is aware of the fact that we have a pet, and to insure we know to keep them away from treated areas for a while,…
Amazing service! They treated the entire yard, unlike the bigger companies. I haven’t seen a single bug since their treatment. Highly recommend! I haven’t dealt with my carpenter ants either.
Michael Butler was very pleasant and professional! He answered all my questions patiently.
We have been using Rove for several years and have been extremely happy with their service. We had moles and they worked hard to help us get rid of them. Michael B. typically does our service and is always courteous and professional. I highly recommend Rove!
Deirdre and Alex came to our house and let us know that they were about to spray for ants, bees etc.. They ask if we had any questions and were really professional presenting themselves. They cleaned up all our spider webs and spray for bees and Lady bugs which my wife cannot stand. I ask if they could spray my…
We have been using Rove Pest Control for almost a year now. Mike is always very professional and thorough. It is a great value, and whenever we have something come up in between treatments, we just call and let them know. The office staff is always pleasant and works to get you an appointment as soon as possible for…
Patrick was very friendly and professional. He explained what he was going to do and asked where my problem areas were. So far my ant problem seems to have lessened.
JB has been servicing one of my houses for many years. Today he came out to my second home and was nothing short of fantastic. He was on time, efficient and effective! I truly believe he dealt with the issue and went above and beyond! Thank you JB
Mike has been taking care of my home every quarter for almost two years. Today he had Alex with him to help out. Wasps are not just an annoyance, they can kill one of our dogs if he is stung. Mike and Alex went above and beyond on numerous levels to try to make sure that our home and decks would be free of wasps. I…
