Rove serviced our house this morning. Friendly, professional and took care of business for all of our concerns. I will always recommend using Rove.

Hello I can’t really rate the service as we weren’t home at the time. I checked my cameras and did not see him providing service. I have a gate on the upper deck and usually when we are serviced it is taken down this time it wasn’t moved Changed review to 5 star as Rove made a return visit and addressed my concerns Thank you!

JB our technician was excellent. Called me same day after making an online request. Made an appointment immediately and was on time. Gave me a professional and on the spot quote, which I approved immediately and the service began right then. What a great experience, thank you again would recommend to anyone.

This is our 1st time using Rove for pest control. They were referred by a friend who spoke highly of them. Our service representative JB was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. He pleasantly explained everything he was going to do. I walked around the house with him while he was applying the chemicals.… Read full review

Chris was an outstanding technician and he handled our wasp issue with amazing speed and skill.

.Mike's attention to detail is impeccable.

Michael Butler showed up on time and did a very good job, he is very professional and covered all the perimeters. This is the best service we received.

The technician did not spray the nest before removing it, he cut it down then took the nest to the street in front of our house and ran it over with his truck, within two days the hornets were rebuilding the nest. So i had to spray the nest myself to kill the hornets and eliminate them. Was not satisfied with his process.

I needed help on short notice. Rove made time for me in their schedule and the Service Manager himself came out to tackle a difficult removal. I didn't think it could be done and that's what I expected to hear, but instead he grinned, said he enjoys a challenge, and went at it. He did it, too! Then he went all… Read full review

Mike and the crew were awesome and always do a great job keeping the bugs away. We used to have a spider problem and now they’re gone!

Thanks Mike for your attention to detail!

The service is very responsive to client issues. Patrick did a very good job addressing my concerns.

Mike is the rep that normally services our property, and always takes the time to understand where we are having issues with pests, and comes up with a plan with us as to how to treat/handle. He always is aware of the fact that we have a pet, and to insure we know to keep them away from treated areas for a while,… Read full review

Amazing service! They treated the entire yard, unlike the bigger companies. I haven’t seen a single bug since their treatment. Highly recommend! I haven’t dealt with my carpenter ants either.

Michael Butler was very pleasant and professional! He answered all my questions patiently.
