Hello I can’t really rate the service as we weren’t home at the time. I checked my cameras and did not see him providing service. JB our technician was excellent. Called me same day after making an online request. Made an appointment immediately and was on time. Gave me a professional and on the spot quote, which I approved immediately and the service began right then. What a great experience, thank you again would recommend to anyone.

Michael Butler showed up on time and did a very good job, he is very professional and covered all the perimeters. This is the best service we received.

The technician did not spray the nest before removing it, he cut it down then took the nest to the street in front of our house and ran it over with his truck, within two days the hornets were rebuilding the nest. So i had to spray the nest myself to kill the hornets and eliminate them. Was not satisfied with his process.

I needed help on short notice. Rove made time for me in their schedule and the Service Manager himself came out to tackle a difficult removal. Amazing service! They treated the entire yard, unlike the bigger companies. I haven’t seen a single bug since their treatment. Highly recommend! I haven’t dealt with my carpenter ants either.
