This is just a criminal defense law firm and it's not good for anything else. Even though Google may suggest this attorney, people who are fighting traffic tickets and criminal charges are wasting their time by calling them. Google it's not a good reference.

These guys are great. I'm from texas and we drive faster there. After getting two tickets a year apart they were able to get them reduced and dismissed with fees paid. This is something you can't do in texas! And the second one was after a new ada in moore county was installed. They do great work!

Review from Google · view on GoogleI recently used this firm to represent me on a dui charge. Mr. Rowland represented me and not well. I am sure he’s a good lawyer, but his caseload is way too much. He simply had too many cases to handle while handling mine. Mr. Rowland and I spoke right before I appeared in front of the judge. He made a few errors while representing me in front of the judge. The ADA was fumbling about and Mr. Rowland helped her with her case (which was my case that he was supposed to be representing ME, NOT helping the ADA convict me. It was a super uncomfortable experience all the way around. I ended up getting DOUBLE the jail time than we had expected and I believe these errors contributed Heavily towards that. Well, he did warn me this might happen. That’s why I have him right? After sentencing today, I feel I wasted all that money and could’ve potentially Had a better sentence if I represented myself. I am angry. I am angry that I hired a lawyer who thought it was a good idea to help the prosecutor convict me. I hate writing bad reviews, I really do. However; this is unacceptable. This is an honest and fair review after using their law firm I certainly could never recommend them.

Although your review wasn't what I hoped for, I also appreciate this review because it gives me an opportunity to review what we are doing and make sure we are giving the very best service that we can. I have taken the time to listen to you, and then I have reflected upon my representation of you. While I don't want to go into the details of your case on a public forum on a point by point basis, I will say that I disagree with this review. Without discussing the specific facts of your case, and as you indicated in your review, I do typically go over the facts and circumstances of each case with my clients to include possible outcomes. I don't proceed without client consent, and it is the judge who actually sentences individuals based upon all of the facts, circumstances, and sentencing factors in each case. I certainly strive to give 5 star service at all times, and hope that my clients believe that they receive 5 star service from me, and my office, and it was my intent to do so for you as well. I am sorry that you don't feel you received that 5 star service that all clients deserve. However, because of this review, I will continue to reflect on my efforts and communication with and for my clients, and I will strive to give the best service possible to all my clients. While our goal is always to deliver 5 star service and results, I also believe we must embrace the negative reviews as well as a means to reflect, improve and get better.
