All the trainers at RTC are incredibly knowledgeable and have helped me immensely on my fitness journey! After I gained a lot of weight due to difficult years as a teacher, RTC has already helped me lose 15 lbs in less than half a year while increasing my strength and learning how to exercise safely!

I’ve had a really great experience with Steve and the whole team at Rowlett Transformations.
Steve has been awesome to work with. He knows when to push me, keeps me accountable, and makes sure I’m actually doing things the right way instead of just trying to get through a workout. He’s very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping you make progress.
What really stands out to me though is how much Steve and the entire team actually care about you as a person. They take the time to get to know you, not just your fitness goals. If you’re having an issue, something hurts, or something just isn’t working, they want to know about it and figure out how to work through it with you instead of just telling you to push through.
They also check in on you outside of the workouts and genuinely want to know how you’re doing. It never feels fake or like they’re just doing their job. You can tell they actually care and want what’s best for you.
The whole team at Rowlett Transformations has been welcoming, encouraging, and supportive from the beginning. It really doesn’t feel like you’re just another person walking through the door.
I’ve been extremely happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend Steve and the entire Rowlett Transformations team to anyone looking for people who will push you, support you, and actually care about your progress and wellbeing.

The gym atmosphere is friendly and encouraging! I appreciate that RTC is willing to meet you where you are - so no matter if you are a Bride-to-be toning up to wear "That Dress" or are approaching your Senior Citizen years or are somewhere in between, if you want to get in shape, the Rowlett Transformation Center is for you! In 4 months, I have lost 15 pounds of fat, I am building muscle and I am not done yet.

Been coming here for a little over 2.5 years. I started looking into RTC because I had hurt my knee and my usual form of working out was running and martial arts. Unfortunately for me those were not options after a knee injury. The team at RTC took all my concerns and goals into consideration when I started. My knee pain non existent and I’m much stronger and have seen great physical changes. The trainers and staff always find ways to challenge me but also meet me where I’m at. If you’re serious about making changes and putting in the work and investing in yourself this is the place for you.
