I've been working with Jake Rowell over at Royal Chimney now for almost six years now and he's always gone above and beyond in taking care of our Osburn Wood Burning Stove and Chimney maintenance. It’s always a pleasure working with on and the greater team when we need our chimney swept and inspected.
I've used Royal Chimney Service for over 20 years and have never been disappointed with their level of service and professionalism. When we converted both of our wood burning fireplaces to gas inserts several people arrived and each knew their part. They thoroughly cleaned the wood burning remnants out of the…
We've been using this company for many years and they always do a good job. Thorough inspection and cleaning every time and offering suggestions for interim cleaning and use of fireplace. Five ⭐️
We have always used Royal Chimney for our fireplace/ chimney cleaning and inspections. We usually work with Jake, who has been so helpful educating us on how our gas fireplace works, how to keep it running efficiently, and how to troubleshoot basic issues. He is always available to call if we have any questions.…
Do a complete job. Take care to keep your home clean.
Jake came to clean and inspect our Fireplace and Chimney. He was on time, very nice and professional. He answered all of our questions, was very knowledgeable, and very tidy. Jake did an excellent job! Thanks Jake, see you next year!
Had our chimney swept and video inspection done! From the first phone call to Jake, our technician, the communication was great! Jake did a great job and was very professional and pointed out things that should be fixed. No high pressure sales just great service and communication. Highly recommend!
Royal Chimney did a superb job for us in rebuilding the top of our fireplace chimney, upgrading the firebox and damper, and repairing the ash dump which had been unusable for as long as we remember. All of this for the most reasonable price we had gotten in advance from various estimates.
Absolutely one of the best service organizations I’ve dealt with . On time, professional and affordable. They have serviced my chimneys and fireplace for 40 plus years . Always a 5 star experience. Great working with your organization !
Knowledgeable workers, worked quickly and clean. Very respectful of our home and great work. Highly recommend.
This company is the whole fantastic package!!! We have been using this company for a LONG time and they do a fantastic job every time. The guy who comes out is always kind, will answer any of your questions, and shows you what he has done so you know. This company never pushes products for you to buy unless they are…
Friendly and helpful service!
Jake from Royal Chimney Sweep successfully completed an annual cleaning and inspection of our fireplace and chimney. Jake is very courteous, respectful and works in a very safe manner ensuring that dust is contained and accidents do not occur. Over the past five years, Jake has educated us on how to best…
Dave was very thorough and professional. He explained everything in layman's terms with photos and video. I would recommend Royal Chimney to anyone with chimney needs
Had a chimney cleaning and level two inspection done yesterday. Jake went above and beyond my expectations. He explained everything thoroughly and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing chimney services.
Spent over$1,000 to fix a small leak. I was a return customer. The same leak appears a few years later in the same place for which they want ANOTHER $1,400. I declined and did it myself. That's when I realized how easy it was and how overcharged it had been.
We had our fireplace installed and we love it. Jake came through for us as we were waiting for a final piece to be installed. He showed up on time as promised and made things right for the wait we had to endure. Jake was such a great person to talk with as he worked on our setup. We would gladly have them back to do…
Carter from Royal Chimney came to our home to provide an estimate for two repairs that another company said we needed. After a quick look at the chimney, Carter disagreed with the costly assessment from the other company and determined that we actually didn't need any additional work to be completed. He has many…
