This is the second time i am using Royal Tree Services. There were four huge broken branches hanging on other branches. Had even one fallen it would have taken out my neighbor's fence out. Royal's team showed up promptly at 8:00. They were professional and treated my yard and my neighbors like their own. I highly recommend this company.
My original review is below; I'm coming back to update that Jon and the Royal Tree Service Team removed a very large mulberry tree from our property today, and, once again, the service was impeccable. Prompt, professional, safe, kind, friendly, communicative, efficient, thorough, clean...all the good things we have…
If I could give 10 stars I would. Me and my neighbor shared 3 trees 1 was a sick tree and 2 others the roots were going under my garage and needed removal. We also wanted the stump grinded which needed an extremely heavy piece of machinery. John fom Royal Tree came and gave me estimates and options. Today they came…
Jon, the owner of this business, recently came to my home to view the tree in my backyard that needed pruning and gave me a reasonable price for this work. Yesterday, he sent a crew of three men to do the pruning: Adam, Brian, and Christian. This crew did a beautiful job on the tree and thereafter on removing the…
Working with John and his team was great. The team showed up on time, and immediately started working on the project. Team leader patiently answered all my questions, and kept me updated through out. When grinding the stump, the team went above and beyond, working around my small back yard and clearing out a very…
Efficient crew took good care of our great white oak, and took care hanging a swing for the kids. Personable and friendly. We enjoyed learning about their process while they were here. They were also considerate of the neighbors. Highly skilled work.
I have to say I am so glad I called Royal Tree Service. My property needed extensive pruning and tree removal. After calling several companies, I reached out to John and he came out for an estimate the next day. Within one week my property is now immaculate. They showed up on time and did the job that was promised.…
Definite recommend. I have engaged Royal Tree Service three times for multiple large tree removals (including stumps) and for tree pruning of 70 foot high trees at two different properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn, within the last 12 months, including October of 2022. They were skilled, thoughtful in approach,…
Simply put, if you need any kind of tree work done, call Royal. It’s an excellent run business by John, the owner.. He is more than fair, courteous and professional. His workers are a hard working team and really know their jobs. Thanks again John !
We requested an estimate late in the evening and they were very responsive and provided a quick turnaround to give us one. Within a week they were out and cleared our trees as requested in a fairly short amount of time. Everyone was very professional and kind. We hope more people get to work with Jason - he is an…
Thankyou so much for keeping my trees safe and looking beautiful. Quality work by a group of awesome, respectful, hardworking guys. Thankyou Jon, Xavier, and everyone for a job well done.
ROYAL TREE SERVICE trimmed my tree a few weeks ago and they did an AMAZING job.I also had other companies give me ridiculous quotes that were 4 times higher and they werent going to do half the work.Royal tree Service came on time ,moved my giant trampoline, my table ,furniture and all and got to work.I was a…
I would highly recommend this Co. They did a fabulous job and left everything very clean. Thank you.
The scope of the work did not match the final product. He sends people who are unable to do the job. When trimming he did a horrible job. Had many excuses for the low quality work
Extremely professional, knowledgeable and a crew of the nicest guys you could ever ask for. They were taking down an immense tree and did it with such ease at a very fair price. I would highly recommend them for any tree service.
Trimmed and pruned my Japanese maple tree. Removed a dead branch off another tree as a courtesy. Thoroughly cleared the space afterwards, leaving nothing behind. Will definitely use again.
Royal Tree service showed up when promised, did a good job at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for. Thanks Jon
My experience with Royal was excellent from beginning to end. They were prompt, courteous and professional all the way. They completed the job of removing a full grown Horse Chestnut that had died and trimmed 2 large oaks exactly as they described and left my yard spotless. Highly recommended.
These guys are the best! I called the same day they came, gave me an estimated price and came to my house. Everything was quick! They are truly professionals! Price was great 👍🏻 Professional and efficient!!! Thank you 🙏
Jon and Royal helped me out 2 years in a row to rid my yard of unwanted/dying trees. The team was always prompt and responsive and acted with a high level of professionalism. Very satisfied with all of their work - would very strongly recommend Royal Tree Service.
John came and gave a thorough explanation of what needed to be done, why and how it would be done. He gave a fair estimate. They were able to do the job the following week. Wilson and crew were professional, courteous and highly skilled. They did a great job and clean up. The yard was impeccalbe when they left.…
Today was the first time that I used Royal Tree Service and I was very pleased with everything that they did from arriving on time in the morning to doing an excellent job of topping and trimming my trees to doing a wonderful clean up job. I will definitely use them again in the future.
