Have been using Rozga for about a year now. They have done plumbing on my kitchen, and two bathrooms. I am always impressed with their timelines, quality of work, and care of my property. I am proud to call them my plumbers and I frequently refer them when asked. Thanks Rozga!
Rozga Plumbing is far and away the best. They've helped us with a number of different projects - some quite complex - at 2 different houses. Every single person on their team provided excellent communication and excellent service. We also really appreciate working with locally owned companies. It really does make all the difference. 10/10 would recommend.
To summarize the below, some of the plumbers are completely unprofessional, rude and without courtesy for their customers. While others have oversights in their work that costs the customers more money. The management is also not interested in what their customers have to say or remedying any concerns. Would not…
I had two toilets installed, water valves and flanges replaced as well as a shower set. Arnold was very knowledgeable, kind and did not mind answering questions I had. He left the work space very clean and even pointed out a defect in one of the toilets I purchased before putting it in, so I had time to exchange it.
We had our faucet and kitchen sink replaced. Arnold S. he was very friendly, courteous and considerate. He came and did our estimate and also did the actual install. We recommend Rozga for any plumbing need. The customer service from the whole business was exceptional.
I was pleasantly surprised that I could have someone come to my house the next day (at my request - they offered same day). Dan arrived within the agreed upon window, called in advance as was agreed and let me know when he got here. He was very nice and talked to me about options every step of the way. He was…
Today we had some plumbing in our kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The bathroom and kitchen were planned, the new faucet in the laundry room was an add-on. The appointment was confirmed the day prior via text, a text with a picture of the technician was sent when he was on the way and another when he arrived! The…
I would definitely recommend Rozga. Eric was a true professional and I appreciate what was done. He worked diligently to explain the work that was needed to complete the projects and correct the previous owner's work. Thank you!
Ran into some snags when installing our new bathroom vanity and sink. Rozga was able to schedule us for first thing the next day. Ray N. arrived on time and was absolutely fabulous! He was efficient, courteous, mindful, respectful, explained thoroughly what needed to be done, kept on track with the work, and was…
Asked for an ASAP appointment, was told they had availability today. Shortly after, I got a text and an email that Ray was being assigned. Ray called to let me know he was on his way and arrived right at the start of my arrival window. He deftly handled the issues, was happy to answer my questions, was happy to…
Ray came on time and not only called the day before to offer to show up on an earlier time slot that had opened up to get our bathroom sink fixed which was super kind. This was super important to us because we have a 9 year old that can barely reach the kitchen sink to brush his teeth and wash his hands, and its…
I don't think I'll ever call another plumbing company! About a year ago, Matt K. came to install our kitchen sink and noticed/fixed an issue with some plumbing not up to code beyond the sink install. He was incredibly helpful and didn't treat me like a neglectful homeowner or just the "little Mrs." of the house. He…
Great experience! They were able to come out the next day after I called for non-emergency services. Andy was friendly, efficient and informative. He ensured everything was working prior to leaving and was able to problem solve a power source as well to avoid having an electrician come out! Will definitely use again when needed!
For anyone needing any plumbing work done, big or small, you need to call Rozga Plumbing Corp.. We needed a lot of plumbing work done in our house and we called them to do it because we were so impressed at what they had done for us on some smaller jobs in the past. From the day they came out for an estimate to the…
Our old house has been nothing but problem after problem since we bought it last year, but Rozga has been there to help with every plumbing project. They are professional and have an answer to all my questions, no matter how small or large. Their pricing is fair for the peace of mind. They are also very…
Alan who came out for our water leak was very professional and explained many things along the way. They make sure the homeowner has a clear understanding what is about to happen. Alan was a good teacher with plumbing issue. Customer service was outstanding! Will definitely use Rozga again.
Eric K just completed work on my sink and toilet. I thought one was going to be a major repair. He diagnosed the issues immediately, explained them to me, and got right to work. Everything works perfectly now and he left the room cleaner than when he arrived. Excellent customer service! And the work was excellent as well.
Eric K. Was our plumber. He was on time, professional, informative, and friendly. I highly recommend this company as the billing was straight forward and they preformed all the jobs in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.
Arnold (Arnie) did an excellent job replacing a great deal of old pipes,, basins, installation of showers, toilets, and facets. Arnie explained everything step by step. He was courteous and professional. I would hire Rozga again. Great company!!
We were super impressed with the service, we had to reschedule twice due to my crazy work schedule and they were very flexible. Shane was really great - punctual, professional, knowledgeable and our shower is now working great and is no longer leaking!! 👍👍
Arnold came to fix a leaky faucet in my condo that turned out to be a bigger problem than I first thought. He suggested repairs in a way that I would understand and completed them very quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Rozga Plumbing. As a matter of fact Arnold will be back out in a few days to replace…
Needed new kitchen faucet installed as the old one had lost its spray feature and the water pressure had declined to almost nothing. I also wanted the old shut offs replaced (suspecting they had failed and were blocking the water pressure) with new 1/4 turn valves. Ray confirmed my suspicions and installed the…
Matt K was a very friendly and professional technician he did a great job!!! He was very prompt and got the job done in a timely manner we will definitely use this business again and we highly recommend them 😊
This company is amazing! Dana in the office was so nice and helpful from the beginning. She was able to schedule us right away for our plumbing. We needed to have water disconnected for our counter tops to be installed, and then faucets and garbage disposal ad well. We had Matt the first time to disconnect…
After moving into our new home we needed to have a few things looked at, and Rozga Plumbing was able to send someone the next day. Arnie was wonderful and addressed several issues, all while providing clear updates and information regarding the fixes as he did them. He explained all the problems to us and guided us…
Arnold was amazing to work with! He arrived on time, and used shoe coverings the entire time he was in my home - this is much appreciated as we have a rabbit and are very cautious about dirt and germs on our floor. Arnold was able to quickly and accurately define the problem. He explained in a clear and unbiased way…
Jeff replaced our faucet today (2/1). Very timely, courteous, and efficient. Overall a job well done! I will certainly use Rozga again for my future plumbing needs, highly recommended.
Sam & his crew run a first class operation.
This is co-vid time, so things are different. Appointment was postponed a day; that,s understandable. Andy did excellent work that took him about 6 hours. Besides having to pull a toilet out to fix a leak at the floor, he installed two new faucets (kitchen sink, hall bathroom), repaired two water shutoff valves,…
