Have been using Rozga for about a year now. They have done plumbing on my kitchen, and two bathrooms. I am always impressed with their timelines, quality of work, and care of my property. I am proud to call them my plumbers and I frequently refer them when asked. Thanks Rozga!
Great job! Would use them again & recommend them to others. We had broken pipes under our basement floor & needed a new sump & pump & new wash tub. After a few bids Rozga came in competitively but Dan who came for the estimate was very informative & though. The day of the job Dan, Matt & Marcus arrived on time.…
We had an “above and beyond” customer experience a couple years ago when our water heater flooded our basement over Easter weekend. Recently we had another “above and beyond” customer experience when our bathroom sink was leaking and our sump pump needed to be replaced. Same day service both times. Rozga Plumbing…
These guys are true pros. They are punctual, knowledgeable, informative and cleaned up after a pretty messy job. Honest pricing. Great follow up. They will be installing a water heater which they discovered I needed when they were diagnosing my washing machine problem.
Ray was super informative and answered all of my questions! Great service!
I just had Dan assist me as I had a leak and needed drains snaked. My building is old and it was unsure if he had a part to fix a leak. We'll be found the part thus saving me from the worst case scenario. He was so nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel he went above and beyond. I also appreciated how he was…
Called them this afternoon after I got NO response from another plumbing company in Menomonee Falls I had contacted over the weekend and then called Rozga Plumbing said they could be at my place in a half hour and were! Ray N. diagnosed the problem and replaced our toilet to the exact specifications that existed…
We’ve had multiple plumbing companies out to our house, but Rozga has been the absolute best! Before arriving, you receive a text message with the name and photo of who will be arriving. It’s a small detail, but it’s really great to know who to be expecting. Eric W. was so respectful to us and our home, really…
Brian and Ray were AMAZING! Brian was great with my mom, gentle and patient, and he was able to detect what was wrong right away. Ray was friendly and compassionate, and most importantly, was able to break everything down to me and my mom in a way we could understand after fixing our plumbing problem. They were both…
One word...Beyond!! I have to leave a review after Bryan from Rozga Plumbing stop by our house last night on his way home from work for a consultation. We had a pipe freeze and water gushing all over our house on 12/26/22. Bryan was super patient and extremely knowledgeable and walked us through all of our plumbing…
Wonderful experience with Rozga and Ray our Plumber/Tech. Professional, on time, kept us informed and the work was done flawlessly. Will definitely be our first call for any future needs.
Our old house has been nothing but problem after problem since we bought it last year, but Rozga has been there to help with every plumbing project. They are professional and have an answer to all my questions, no matter how small or large. Their pricing is fair for the peace of mind. They are also very…
These guy's are great, and without hesitation I would refer them to a friend who needs quality work. With the cold winter weather, we had a pipe burst this last week in our 1880's historic office building. Our first call was to Rozga. Matt R. showed up within 30 minutes of our call. Matt quickly identified the…
Eric was extremely professional and polite. Clearly takes pride in his work well done. Found him to be a good listener and responsive to all of my concerns. I've been a "weekend warrior" all my life but sometimes you just need professional help fast. For my future plumbing needs Rozga will be the place I go.
Customer Service was phenomenal since the moment I called to schedule an appointment. Shane was a professional, great problem-solver, quality solutions and explained everything in detail to me. We will definitely use Rozga Plumbing again. Thank you for great service from start to finish!
Arnold (Arnie) did an excellent job replacing a great deal of old pipes,, basins, installation of showers, toilets, and facets. Arnie explained everything step by step. He was courteous and professional. I would hire Rozga again. Great company!!
Jason was my repairman and did an AWESOME job of finding and fixing my leak in my shower and also informing me of a couple of other things I didn't know. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Rozga.
So grateful that Rozga came through within an hour for a plumbing emergency on a Friday afternoon.
Shane from Rozga Plumbing was friendly and efficient. He showed up exactly on time when promised. He finished the job quickly and tested it completely to make sure there were no problems. I would definitely recommend Rozga Plumbing.
They were able to come out quickly and fix leaky valve. Shane was awesome and did a great job. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.
Matt K once again did a great job for us. He fixed our clogged bathtub, not by rotor rooting it out, but by actually fixing the pipe issue that has been causing us clogging issues for years. It wasn't a quick fix, but a solution to an on going problem. We have used Rozga at least 3 times in the last couple of years,…
Arnold came to fix a leaky faucet in my condo that turned out to be a bigger problem than I first thought. He suggested repairs in a way that I would understand and completed them very quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Rozga Plumbing. As a matter of fact Arnold will be back out in a few days to replace…
Rozga has always been very professional, responsive and has done excellent work for us. Shane did a wonderful job to address our issues and we recommend him and Rozga for any plumbing needs that come up!!
After moving into our new home we needed to have a few things looked at, and Rozga Plumbing was able to send someone the next day. Arnie was wonderful and addressed several issues, all while providing clear updates and information regarding the fixes as he did them. He explained all the problems to us and guided us…
Arnold was amazing to work with! He arrived on time, and used shoe coverings the entire time he was in my home - this is much appreciated as we have a rabbit and are very cautious about dirt and germs on our floor. Arnold was able to quickly and accurately define the problem. He explained in a clear and unbiased way…
My first contact was with Dana. :) When I spoke with her over the phone she was professional, pleasant, factual and knowledgeable. The plumber dispatched to my home, Jason, was able to come earlier than planned which was greatly appreciated! He had the leak issue diagnosed within 30 minutes (source not in my…
While digging a giant hole in the ground outside by our foundation, our puppy had uncovered what we thought to be a burst pipe. It turned out to be 10+ feet of old, corroded pipe that was seeping sludge into the ground under our foundation for who knows how long. Ray (the plumber) was at our house working for 3 days…
We had work done by Matt for new laundry pipes/hookups and Arnie for other larger unrelated drain issues later in the week. Both were fantastic. Knowledgeable, courteous and quick/hard workers.
Jason and Eric were very professional, and hard working. Highly recommended!
Sam & his crew run a first class operation.
I wasn’t sure who to use for a plumber foe all our projects because I was in over my head. I’m so so glad I went with Rozga. They couldn’t have made thing go more smoothly. They even took the time to explain everything to me in terms that I could understand. I wish I could give them more than five stars because…
We had a leak in our ceiling under our bathtub, so I called the after hours number for assistance. Arnold was very responsive and assessed our situation over the phone.
