I had a great experience using Rozga. They were able to get out to me same day, were up front about their pricing, and the plumber was extremely thorough, explanatory, and friendly.
Our toilet started leaking and I pulled it off, thinking all it needed was a new wax ring. But when I saw that the plastic flange was broken, I knew it was beyond my skill level. Ray replaced the flange with a stainless steel one and raised it to the proper height. Total time was one hour and well worth the money.…
I filled out an inquiry form on Sunday. Matt R. arrived the next day. I told him what i wanted done and he made suggestions and didn't try to upsell. I added a little more that I wanted done (replace ancient hot water heater). He was able to come the next day with some help to get everything done. They worked very…
Rozga Plumbing is far and away the best. They've helped us with a number of different projects - some quite complex - at 2 different houses. Every single person on their team provided excellent communication and excellent service. We also really appreciate working with locally owned companies. It really does make all the difference. 10/10 would recommend.
I cannot recommend them enough ! Dan, Plumbing Tech was professional and flushes out water pipes after our water softener was busted. He made all our faucets and toilets were working. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE !!
Excellent service from the 1st call to the repair getting done.
2nd time having Rozga to help us out. Ray was so helpful and fast at fixing our issue! Rozga is the most professional company with great communication. I will definitely call for future needs. Thank you!
We had Eric out to look over a few different issues we were having with shock arrestors, toilet valve replacement, and testing some water pressure. Really helpful and explained everything in detail. Great service, communication, and price.
Great service this morning from Rozga plumbing. Super professional and friendly. Arnold S. was the technician that was here. He explained some options for two different projects and followed up with a detailed explanation for usage and maintenance going forward after the work was completed. Couldn't be more pleased with the service.
Eric K just wrapped up at my house for an emergency toilet issue and a shower faucet issue. He was awesome and professional. I thought I was pretty handy, but he definitely made my life easy. Rozga gave me a 2-5 window and he was able to get here earlier. I know it doesn’t always work out like that, but was a plus…
I was pleasantly surprised that I could have someone come to my house the next day (at my request - they offered same day). Dan arrived within the agreed upon window, called in advance as was agreed and let me know when he got here. He was very nice and talked to me about options every step of the way. He was…
From start to finish, great experience. Interaction and communication with Rozga Plumbing is easy and professional. Convenient appointments and expert staff are motivated to deliver exceptional and efficient service. They are knowledgeable, prepared, comprehensive and dedicated to getting the work done to the…
I had a toilet replaced and Ray was my technician. I had an appointment time set and he called when he was on his way which was right when I was expecting him. I got a text with his picture so I knew who to expect. Ray was very polite, kind, and professional. He did a great job and was quick and efficient. He…
Ray was great! He replaced rusted pipes in the basement ceiling with work that was punctual, quick, and efficient. He cleaned up and made great conversation. I highly recommend Rozga and commend Ray!
Ray and Evan came to redo some old cast iron drains, as well as repair/replace some old non code compliant drains. Ray had done previous service work at our property, and once again, presented himself in a very professional manner. He and Evan did an outstanding job replacing all the necessary piping, made sure…
Ray was the best. Very knowledgeable. High level of expertise. Found the problem. Offered options. Explained them. Carried out our wishes. Rozga's text alert kept us in the loop on our appt status. Great experience all the way around.
Matt was Awesome! He tightened bolts around toilet, installed flushing flap, installed correct pipes for bathroom sink. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
Got a Technician out to our house the same day. Andrew was extremely friendly and professional. Diagnosed the problem right away. Took a look to make sure there were no other issues that may have been a factor. He explained the work that needed to be done and got the job done. Would recommend Rozga and will call…
I was extremely disappointed with my experience using Rozga Plumbing. The plumber installed the toilet crooked so I asked that it be put on straight. He argued with me for a while insisting it wouldn't affect the functionality, and when I finally got him to agree to fix it, he wanted to charge me for the time. I had…
Eric K just completed work on my sink and toilet. I thought one was going to be a major repair. He diagnosed the issues immediately, explained them to me, and got right to work. Everything works perfectly now and he left the room cleaner than when he arrived. Excellent customer service! And the work was excellent as well.
