Is Rozga Plumbing Corp. any good?

I had an excellent experience with Evan and Jason. They were very professional, explained and showed me the issue and helped with solving the problem. They showed up on time and cleaned everything up when they were done. I would highly recommend this company and these two technicians.

I filled out an inquiry form on Sunday. Matt R. arrived the next day. I told him what i wanted done and he made suggestions and didn't try to upsell. I added a little more that I wanted done (replace ancient hot water heater). He was able to come the next day with some help to get everything done. They worked very…

Rozga Plumbing is far and away the best. They've helped us with a number of different projects - some quite complex - at 2 different houses. Every single person on their team provided excellent communication and excellent service. We also really appreciate working with locally owned companies. It really does make…

We had an “above and beyond” customer experience a couple years ago when our water heater flooded our basement over Easter weekend. Recently we had another “above and beyond” customer experience when our bathroom sink was leaking and our sump pump needed to be replaced. Same day service both times. Rozga Plumbing…

I entered a request for service online and was pleased to get a phone call back very quickly. Dan, one of their technicians came out the next day, diagnosed the problem, showed me some options for a solution and proceeded to do the work right away. Everything was installed and in working order the same day. Dan…

Even in the midst of a blizzard, Ray and his team came and replaced our water heater. Polite, kind, and time efficient, I was truly impressed with their professionalism and commitment to doing the job right. Highly recommend!

Our water heater failed this week and we needed help replacing. We called Rozga Plumbing and were extremely satisfied with their work and customer service. When I called in, they helped look up to see if my water heater was under warranty- it was actually was still under warranty and this helped save us some…

Dan replaced my 18 y/o water heater today and he did an outstanding job. VERY professional and efficient young man. Everything was explained very well. No surprises. This is the fourth time Rozga Plumbing has serviced my home over the past 8 or so years and I’ve been VERY pleased every time.

So thankful for Rozga. Quick response, made the time, communicated and sent text updates. Cody (office) and Erik (tech) turned around a bad water heater in a couple hours. Look no further!

Matt was wonderful! He walked us through the process of replacement and did a fantastic job. He was professional and knowledgeable.

Water heater replaced at my request. Dan H. arrived early and discussed with me several options / opinions regarding the job. He performed his work in a professional and efficient manor. I would recommend!

Had a water heater that wasn't heating properly. Called into Rozga and spoke with Cody, he was courteous and upfront about pricing and walked through the whole process. Eric showed up the next day ready to go. And after back and forth with Eric it was determined that it was a home depot unit with a 12 year…

We have used Rozga for a number of things in our house, most recently replacing our hot water heater. Arnold came in August to replace our garbage disposal and was extremely thorough. He was able to come again to replace the hot water heater and got right to work as he already knew what needed to be done. He also…

We had Jason W as our plumber. Absolute professional the whole way through. Arrived right on time and finished the job within 4 hours. He seemed like a guy who clearly loves what he does and was very thorough with all that needed to be done. It’s very rare to get that kind of service especially a couple of days…

This is the second time I've had Rozga Plumbing out for service at my 100+ year old home. They always work with urgency, their technicians they send out are always polite and professional, they clean up after themselves and work to get the job done right in a timely manner. I have had no complaints - thank you Ray…

I don't think I'll ever call another plumbing company! About a year ago, Matt K. came to install our kitchen sink and noticed/fixed an issue with some plumbing not up to code beyond the sink install. He was incredibly helpful and didn't treat me like a neglectful homeowner or just the "little Mrs." of the house. He…

Great company with amazing staff and owners! Thank you, again Sam and Jason.

Prompt, knowledgeable. Work completed as promised within reasonable turnaround. Plumbers were exemplary and did well to explain work performed. Decided against offered financing. The reviews of the financing provider were horrible online. There was a cash discount offered.

Matt K. Called to say he could arrive earlier than scheduled if it was okay….he arrived, went right to work, cleaned up after the installation and explained the operation of the new water heater. He was very professional and courteous.

Our water heater stopped working and we called up Rozga plumbing and they were able to come out the same day we called. Shane was very professional and was able to answer all our questions. We definitely are happy with the service provided and would hire them again!

Shane was better than perfect replacing an old water heater. What a true professional. I have never seen such a detailed and accurate installation of a great American made water heater. He put a tarp down on my basement stairs carpeting too. 100% and the best experience with a true pro.

Prompt communication from the company. Our repair man Jason was friendly and completed the job in a professional manner. Very happy with the service we received.

Ray N completed the work at my house. He was responsive and knowledgeable on the topic of replacing water heaters. Thanks for everything! Will use again as needed!!!

Very impressed with Rozga. They came out on time, diagnosed my hot water heater quickly and had a new one here in no time. Andy was very nice to work with. He left the house cleaner than when when he arrived. Andy communicated clearly what was going on. I think the pricing was very fair and the warranty is…

Sam & his crew run a first class operation.

I wasn’t sure who to use for a plumber foe all our projects because I was in over my head. I’m so so glad I went with Rozga. They couldn’t have made thing go more smoothly. They even took the time to explain everything to me in terms that I could understand. I wish I could give them more than five stars because…

My hot water heater broke, and I called Rozga to schedule an install of a new one. Rozga got a technician to me the next morning! Ray was incredibly helpful, and did a fantastic job installing our new water heater quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service we received here!

Ray came right on appointment time to replace a leaking hot water heater. Ray was very neat and put down big tarps to protect the flooring. I would recommend Rozga for all your plumbing needs. Excellent service and care for homeowner. Give them a call.

Tenants called No hot water... OH NO! I called Rozga and had an appointment for the next day. They gave prompt, professional and high quality work through the whole process. It was completely full of sediment and water and stuck in the basement of an old home with no floor drain. Matt came totally prepared, asked…
